My go-to serum. Does the job.

The product is great, but below is my concern; Hi there, this is the third time buying this serum. For the first time, the serum was like like dark chocolate and it was kinda smelling. As it was my first time, I thought maybe that was its color, but it started causing me itchy face and I threw it away. For the second time, it was perfect and helpful. Now, the recent purchase, I got an expired item again, I bought before I ran out that’s why I’m realizing this a little bit late. It has a foul smell.

I’ve been trying out the Gleamin Vitamin C Serum for my uneven skin tone and those leftover blemish marks. It’s all natural, which is great because it doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin. The serum is light, absorbs quickly, and isn’t greasy. My skin is definitely looking brighter and more even since I started using it.

Since I’ve been using the clay mask and serum, I have noticed that the dark spots on my face are starting to lighten. My skin is clearer and brighter. I was using Clarins Double Serum before, but this is a lot more effective and more affordable.

I love this serum. It has made my skin brighter with consistency.

I washed and dried my face before every use. This product does not absorb well and gives the skin a pasty feel and a greasy appearance with just one pump. Felt a little tingly burning sensation occasionally. Very heavy weight serum which did not transform, illuminate, diminishes hyperpigmentation, dark marks or even out skin tone and texture; after 73 days of use twice a day. It made my skin feel like I needed to go wash my face after application.

Looking at how expensive it was bought the (clay, serum and oil together) thought it would completely change the outlook of the hyperpigmentation! It only improves to a minimum! I would not recommend if you’re looking to treat or correct hyperpigmentation or dark spots! However for people who have less or minor skin issues you can use that for correction and you’ll see a change: Not a massive major treatment regimen for hyperpigmentation! I’ll give it a 43% out of 100%.

Okay, so the lid is on quite tight but you just need to pull up on it to expose the pump applicator. The serum itself is a pleasant texture, a little tacky as most Vitamin C serums are, but it doesn’t finish tacky. I wash my face, use the serum, and then apply Squalane oil. It appears brighter immediately after using, but after a few days of using it, my face was red and painful. This has a 15% vitamin c content, and sensitive skin is usually best with 10%. I did not deduct a star since my skin type doesn’t determine the efficacy of the product for those it was designed for.
