As shown on advert. Softer than I expected and just washed for the first time! Washed well and didn’t feel too heavy for the washing machine when wet.

The media could not be loaded.  Bought this rug 3 months ago but waited until I had washed it to review. It is so soft and feels really luxurious to walk on. The colours are lovely and it certainly looks like a vintage style rug when down, I have had compliments on it from everyone who has seen it. It’s had some really heavy traffic with tradespeople going in and out in dirty boots (mid reno) and the pile was looking a bit clumped together, so put it through the washing machine on a standard 30c cycle. It has washed perfectly and fluffed right back up again. I did use a soft nail brush while it wash drying just to ensure it didn’t dry out of shape and that brought out a few black fibers (possibly from the back of the rug or my machine) but honestly, there are no bad points, I love this rug. Actually bought the larger and smaller sizes for hall and landing, if they did it as an area rug I’d be buying that too. 10/10

The rugs arrived on time and are very nice, good quality and look good, however I ordered 2 hall runners and 1 doormat all the design as they were to go in the same room. When I opened the rugs out 1 of the hall runners was a different colour and size. I have looked on the site to see why that might be and found the wrong item at a lower price by another company. I have placed an order for the correct rug and wish to return the other one. Apart from the error with sending the wrong item I am happy with my purchase and may of kept the other one except for the difference in price. I would if given 5 stars if the order had been correct as now I have the inconvenience of returning part of an order.

This little rug has a lovely rustic look to it and definitely looks much more expensive than the bargain price I paid! Very happy with it!

I was pleasantly surprised by this rug. It arrived folded up but laid flat right away. The fibres are much thicker and softer than I expected for the price. The rug runs along the corridor from the front door and it feels quite nice and plush after taking off your shoes. It also has a rubber back so doesn't slip or slide at all. Haven't tried washing it just yet, but one drawback - given it's so light - is that you can't hover it (just gets caught up in the hover). Overall this is a great purchase for the price.
