Nice, sturdy and heavy tool for making smash burgers. Way better than using a spatula as they bend too easily.

Very nice! Easily smash ground beef down to flatten them for faster cooking - I use a cutting board for this this. My wife and son like well-done burgers, so this makes for quicker grilling to get that doneness.The only thing I do not know about: whether the wooden handle is reasonably dishwasher safe - have not put this through a dishwasher yet. So, I have been washing this by hand. In hindsight, a heavy round metal handle would be nicer, although perhaps not as comfortable to hold.Anyway, this is recommended!

This burger press amped up my husbands’s already impressive burger game to another level! It got all those crispy edges and touch of laciness throughout the burgers once pressed. It didn’t squeeze the grease and juice out, so the burgers were smashed yet juicy and just plain amazing! He used this in conjunction with our stainless steel stove griddle, for context. I don’t if it works differently using with cast iron, but we plan on trying that next time. Will update if it’s any different.

Sturdy, easy to use & hold due to the wooden handle. Works quite well. Easy to clean & good value for the money.
