These definitely helped to deter the groundhog that was terrorizing my garden they were easy to setup and they were a little annoying to my som his bedroom is on the back of the house and he could hear them at night once he turned his TV off I found they worked best if you change placement every other week depending on the size of your space week 1 and 2 the groundhog stopped attacking the garden and by the 3 rd week he stopped coming in my yard all together I am definitely gonna put them out prior to my garden even growing and maybe add another detergent next year cause they definitely ruined my garden nothing really grew cause I kept having to replant by the time I found these it was well into July so I was only able to save my peppers

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This solar powered mole chaser seemed the best deal for the money. After 3 months, 9 of the 10 units were still working well and I think the only reason the 10th unit stopped working is the fact i was watering and stepped backwards and did not see it and them I couldn't put all the pieces back together again, sort of a Humpty Dumpty type of event. I purchased 4 other more expensive units and they would quit if it was cloudy too long and these just kept plugging away. One that was totally covered by a zucchini leaf was still working fine. The only down side was that I could not tell that these units affected the moles in my yard at all. Activity seemed to stay the same for the entire three months that these were in the ground. If you want to try these mole chaser, this is a good brand to get. Hopefully your moles will be irritated by it and move on.

Product is misleading about groundhogs. I placed around my deck, found him/her lying next to the devise. Then removed them and drug one down his hole. Now because I am missing one and 2 others are scratches on them, I am unable to return. Very unsatisfied.

I have had 2 ground hogs eating all my flower buds. Nothing from spring was left! I tried everything that I could think of and was ready to try trapping. A friend suggested this type of deterrent, so I ordered it and put about 5 in my garden area. So far (after about a week), they seem to be gone. I also think the squirrels that invade by bird feeder are gone. So, I am very happy with these because although ground hogs are cute, I like my flowers better.

"Want to hear the most annoying sound in the world?"-Lloyd, Dumb and Dumber. It's only been 24-hours, but the beeping sound is unavoidable. I'd rather have moles and gophers than the sound of party horns being blown at all hours of the da and nighty. Don't care if it works or not. The sound is intolerable.
