Amazing and cool. I keep them with me at night to help with night sweats. They are a bit cold on my feet for overnight, but I just use it to lay on to keep me cool. They work wonders. They are great and if you want you can put your hand in them as well. Good to use on your feet as they are made for, but I like to just rest on it. They are made of a Gel like substance, great to keep in a bag and put in freezer overnight. They stay soft and pliable , but last all night and stay cool. Great product material.

These delivered tonight and it’s so cold in NC that they were already chilled. I put them on immediately and they are fabulous! Without any extra refrigeration, these stayed cold on my feet for over an hour and they were still cold when I took them off. These feel incredible and my feet feel energized. The coldness surrounds your whole foot and ankle. I’m not going to walk around in them but they feel durable. I wear a 7.5 sneaker and these are perfect. They aren’t loose or too tight. There is no set heel, so they are the Goldilocks of Cold Compression Socks. I call them my Icy Feet. I ordered the 2 pack and it was money well spent! You even receive a ziplock bag to store them while they are in the refrigerator. You can also freeze them but I don’t think that will be necessary. They can be heated but that’s not why I wanted them. Watch my video!

LUV these! They are exactly as described & expected~ Thought they were a bit costly, but they're worth every penny. I sometimes have a lot of foot/toe/ankle pain (Ehlers Danlos Syndrome) & these feel great. Very soothing, stays in place & has nice, wide, stretchy velcro strap. I bought 2; 1 frozen & 1 to heat up~ They stay cold for about half an hour, which is fine, since cold packs should only be in place for 10/15 min anyhow. I havent had a chance to try heating one up yet. Super glad I bought these~

If you're looking to help your fire feet or swollen feet this is the bootie to buy. I suffer with peripheral neuropathy and these help so much. Definitely wear a thick sock if you freeze them. They stay super cold for hours. I slept in mine to help with restless leg syndrome. Fits my feet perfectly not to heavy nice velcro straps.

The description says you can STAND in it. I found that putting pressure on the heel by standing (or maybe in the process of getting up to a standing position) caused it to leak a tiny bit and at that point in the heel, it picked up fibers from the carpet that stuck to it. Easy enough to pull off those fibers, but it made me think that some gel must have leaked - a tiny bit - to give the fibers the sticky-ness. So I think as long as you are sitting or lying down, you don't have that issue. The beauty of this, though, is that it does encase your entire foot and ankle in soothing cooling relief vs. a wrap that only covers part of the foot or ankle, and it's very easy to put on and is comfortable. In that respect, I give it 5 stars. I removed one star because it doesn't stay cool as long as I would like - not as long as other cold wraps that only cover part of the foot, and then I removed another star because I do think that with pressure, the gel leaks a tiny bit and you shouldn't stand while wearing this. I don't know what else would explain the small collection of carpet fibers at the heel. I'd like to give it 3 and a half stars but that's not an option. I'm keeping it in any event.

I think that these should come in a larger size. If someone has foot surgery like I did and has a bunch of wrapping all over the foot. They need something larger. That’s the only reason I gave this four stars instead of five. It is kind of heavy but not bad. I am grateful this came in a two pack so I can swap them out because they don’t stay cold that long. But long enough, I believe they recommend 20 minutes On and 20 min off. I didn’t mention it in my video, but my foot was a lot more swollen and it was very difficult and painful to get on when the foot is swollen. Another reason they should have in a larger size or make these larger to begin with. I wear a size 9 women’s shoe if that helps anyone with sizing.

Wow!! I put these in my fridge (ordered two=1 pr) as soon as I got them. It was only a day or two later, laying in bed, & my feet were hot. I hate it when my feet are hot! No matter what time of year, 99.9% of the time, my feet have to be free, cool, not under any blankets, even if they feel like ice to anyone weird enough to check! All the sudden I remembered I'd ordered these. Excited, I got them out of the fridge. They were SO silky to slip on, deliciously chilly, and SO incredibly comfortable!!!! Perfect fit!! I fell asleep after about 15 minutes, VERY happy!! If your feet get hot...GET THESE!!! I wear about a 10-11 women's or 8.5-9 in men's shoes.

I sprained my foot when I fell, yes my foot not my ankle but side of foot because my foot went sideways when I fell. I used it only for the Ice pack part. Because the sprain was on the outside it was hard to put an ice pack on it without it falling off and uncomfortable if I tried to sit with my foot sideways. This is perfect as it is easy to wear and covers all of your foot. Suggest that you follow directions exactly for maximum comfort. I highly recommend this product.

I have a foot that had surgery some years ago and it pains all the time. I bought this to help ice it at night. This sock is simply amazing! Super highly recommend it! It literally cooks your entire foot and ankle. Best ice pack I've ever bought!

My husband and daughter both said it helped with swollen ankle and it felt nice. Only comes with 1 sock - wish they came with 2

I have fibromyalgia, and this helps so much with pain, not to mention that the cooling sensation is so great when it's 30 Celsius. If you are in my situation, and have constant pain, this might be something you want to give it try as it relaxes you so much and takes some of the pain away.

Wow...put it in the freezer for almost 4 hours and it's really cold...and still very soft at the same time. I have plantar fasciitis and have been wrapping big blocks of ice under my foot...of course you get interrupted and have to get up, but first must remove the ice block...this sock changes all that. I'm thrilled! I wear a 8.5 women's shoe...sock fits perfectly fine!
