Works great and helps me fall asleep fast. I don’t have any side effects like tiredness in the morning. I can go to bed at midnight and wake up at 5:30/6am and not be tired. The price is reasonable as well. The flavors is wonderful and the texture is smooth and yummy!

I picked these up because my sleep schedule was all over the place, and these actually help me fall asleep without knocking me out. The gummies taste good — not overly sugary — and I like that the dose is easy to control depending on how much I need. They kick in gently, usually within 20–30 minutes. I don’t wake up groggy the next day, which is the main reason I stick with this brand. Only thing is they melt a bit if you leave the bottle somewhere warm, but that’s pretty normal for gummies.

I've been using Natrol 10 mg gummies for a couple of months and my sleep quality has improved. I fall asleep reliably and often dream now which suggests a deep, restful sleep quality. However, I wanted to reduce my dose so I've been slicing the 10 mg gummies into thirds and my sleep quality has stayed consistent. So, now I've purchased the Natrol 3mg gummies and can take a full gummie for convenience without slicing. UPDATE: After a week I'm now on one 3mg gummie taken 1/2 hour before bedtime. Still sleeping well.

I use these for myself. Im an adult that has trouble falling asleep. I have low tolerance for medication. These are just enough to help me sleep and not feel groggy in the morning. The downside is, they are tasty. Lol just a tasty strawberry gummy. Who eats just 1 gummy. Lol
