Exceeded my very low expectations, but I LOVE IT!
I was skeptical of this product, but I took a chance and purchased the Alpine Woods scent based on the reviews of how good it smelled. I can verify that it smells terrific! The cozy, sexy scent is STRONG (but not too strong) and lasts beyond the dryer (unless you use excessively high heat and for too long) and for days on your clothes, towels, bedding, etc. In fact, I washed a load using an unscented detergent right after doing a load with Alpine Woods and the clothes came out smelling like Mozi... So, apparently it also lasts in your washing machine, too. I recommend this to anyone who is sick of trying scented detergents and being disappointed when you can't detect the scent after drying. This product is legit. That said... The packaging is a tad absurd. It looks like an oil can (why?) and, as others have said, it is difficult to pour when the can is very full. My product arrived intact--no dents, no leaks. It's also true that the liquid is viscous, but that isn't an issue for me. I can't vouch for the longevity of other Mozi scents, but Alpine Woods is the real deal. Mozi recommends 2-4 TBSP for large loads. I suggest using a bit more if you really want a strong, lasting scent on blankets and such.

Does what it claims makes clothes smell great
Wonderful product. Does what it says. I suggest buying the sample package first to get the scent you like best

I have to chime in here...
I have to chime in here... I've been using the Alpine Woods detergent for a couple years now and never got sick of the scent. It was, by far, the best smelling detergent I have ever used. I was constantly getting compliments on how good it smelled and how well it matched my personality. It was such a pleasure being able to throw fresh clothes on every day and walk out the door with confidence. As others have mentioned, the formula has recently changed. The detergent is now much thicker (harder to get out of the bottle) and the scent is completely different. I have also noticed minor rashes, as experienced by other reviewers. Their customer service was very responsive and confirmed the change, stating that it was done to create an "elevated fragrance experience". I know they're a small company and just trying to do their best, but I hope that they take this feedback to heart. Majorly disappointed.

Smells great, Oh, so expensive!
Patchouli is my favorite scent in the world. 🤷♂️No clue why. I did grow up in the 70s but no patchouli around. This detergent does have a patchouli scent as part of its panoply of scents. It is good. But for me, it needs to be much stronger and last much longer. Once you put the clothes in the dryer the scent is greatly diminished. I had this on a recurring order, but the amount of laundry I was able to do with this small can is a whole lot less than I am used to. And on a fixed income with Republicans in charge and tariffs to boot, I simply cannot afford this. There is a tad bit of weirdness too. Each time I received a new can, it seemed to be a completely different formula. The first can I received was a clear amber color. The second can was like a white thick hand creme. And the metal does rust and left a rust ring where it had been sitting. It does clean ok. Just ... the scent does not last and you get too few loads using the manufacturers formula.

Great smelling but way too thick
Okay, just want to say that this is a fantastic laundry detergent and it smells amazing. Been buying these since Mozi Wash started up and it was super hard to get ahold of. I've seen the formula go through all the different changes. HOWEVER, this current formula from the last couple of times is way too thick. They also changed the opening to be super small so it honestly takes forever to fill up the detergent reservoir. I have to take a knife now and cut the opening to make it bigger so that I'm not standing there for a whole minute just pouring. Pictures included of the current opening and the old opening for comparison. The video shows how long it takes to pour a tiny stream of detergent and that's with a brand new, full container. As the container gets to about 1/3 or below, the consistency is so thick that you basically have to store it upside down or you're waiting like 10 seconds for any to come out. It comes out faster if you squeeze the container, but since it's metal, that just crumples it and ruins it. Right now the consistency is so thick that when I run a load of laundry, only half of the detergent gets sprayed out of my detergent reservoir. If the owner reads these reviews at all, please make the detergent a bit more viscous like it used to be. Otherwise, awesome product as always!!

I didn’t want to believe the less than favorable reviews.
Hi everyone reading this. I bought this almost two months ago and I waited until I used the whole container before I formed a full opinion. I really wanted to like this detergent. The scent profile is right up my alley. I started buying luxury scented detergent because I hate big box store scents with a passion. I have somewhat sensitive skin due to eczema and I never had a problem with the Tyler Glamorous Wash (which is much more heavily scented), but this I’m pretty 99% sure caused a flare up as it’s the only thing in my routine I changed and it’s now in spots that never had a flare before. The container came bulked out and dented that I just popped back into place, no biggie. This detergent is pretty expensive and I was disappointed when the scent did not last at all. No one could smell it but they can smell my favorite. The only redeeming factor is that it did last quite a while which leads me to believe they could totally sell a months supply in half the size of the container if you’re using their recommended dosage. I waited a long time to buy it because I didn’t want to not like it and waste it, so I used every drop. My clothes didn’t feel any cleaner than any other detergent. It was easy to use but the spout does drip. I must’ve gotten one of the old ones. I personally will not be repurchasing this particular detergent in its current state. If they sold half sizes and it wasn’t such a commitment to try other scents I’d reconsider.
