I really love the Kitsch shampoo and conditioner bars. Leave my hair very clean and soft. These samples are very small, but they are good for travel. Also the company has great customer service.

I bought this to try since the shampoo and conditioner I normally use is no longer sold in my area. I purchased the sampler to try after seeing it advertised on Facebook and instagram. Even though I don’t see quite the same results as shown I still absolutely love this shampoo and conditioner. My hair has slowly been turning gray since my 30s. I am now 46 with a mixture of gray hair and normal hair. The gray has always been hard to style. I have been using the protein rice wash and conditioner now for a week and my hair has become so manageable that I almost don’t even need to use a brush to style.( My hair is a short style wit natural curl so I only use a hairdryer and brushes to style.) My hair is so soft and feels so great and healthy. The scent is so soft and amazing I look forward to washing my hair everyday. I used the caster oil shampoo and coconut conditioner today since I used my normal purple shampoo since I have color treated hair. Again I am blown away by how it made my hair feel and look. The only result I have seen yet is the shine or the hair thickness, but again it has only been a week. I would so highly recommend this product to anyone and all hair types. The only real problem I have is that there are so many to try I am I really want to try all of them. I have already purchased the full bar in rice protein shampoo and conditioner and will purchase the caster oil shampoo and coconut conditioner in full bars as well. I really want to try the purple bar and the tea tree and mint shampoo and conditioner. This is an amazing shampoo if you try it I know you will love it too!

I wanted to try these shampoo and conditioner bars for several reasons. I also have some experience in making all natural and organic cold process soap at home, so I was interested in trying these with the idea that I might make some shampoo and conditioner bars for myself, with organic, and all-natural ingredients. But that takes a little more effort, so I decided to order these to try them out. Earlier this year I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition so I am very careful about using products that I consider all-natural. Actually, I thought I was already very careful about pure and natural personal care products, as well as diet. The quality and purity of the ingredients is very important to me. Also because of this condition, my hair has been shedding increasingly, so much so, that it is scary sometimes. Possibly due to the condition, and also as a side effect of the medicine that is used to treat it. My hair has a natural wave, and always has been really thick, so I usually like a conditioner that will smooth it down. On my first try, the bars were completely dry, and it took a little getting used to, wetting them to get them to lather up. I liked the pink shampoo bar, which I think was the castor oil, and the yellow conditioner bar, that was also castor oil. They feel good lathering up, and I like the feel of my hair afterwards. I have not tried the brown and white bars, they were the rice water shampoo and conditioner. The scent is very pleasant, and I am not sure if this is a fragrance or oil or an essential oil. As far as I know, I have never had an allergic reaction to an essential oil, although it is possible. I do quite frequently have allergies to perfume though. That is what I wondered, because since I bought these I have been sneezing a lot. Unfortunately, I think I may be allergic to the fragrance used in these bars. I am going to keep shopping for another shampoo or conditioner bar. I like the idea of using Rosemary because I am trying to calm down the scalp and regrow my hair, either with an oil or a tea made from Rosemary. I may end up trying to gather all the ingredients and come up with my own formula. I have even thought of investing in a showerhead filter to remove chlorine, because that could also be affecting my scalp. I really wanted to like these bars, and I think if you are not allergic to the fragrance they are very nice. I will do a little bit more research into the ingredients, as there are so many of these recipes available on YouTube.

Initially, I liked how clean my hair felt. And I enjoyed the smells. The conditioning was okay at first. But after using them for a few weeks, but my hair became dry and frizy at the ends and started flaking at the scalp, which it has never done before! I'm going back to something that works better for me. UPDATE: Upgrading my stars to 3: when I reviewed the product of the sampler of shampoo and conditioner bars, I indicated it was very drying for my hair and scalp, however they responded to me with apologies and an offer of a full refund. I declined the refund because I know they spent money on making the product and I feel it might work for others. I'm not sure if the good customer service is from just the seller, or the maker of the product or if those are one and the same. But rest assured, if things stay the same, it is worth trying the product, who knows where the dryness came from? It could be hormonal or seasonal or something. I wouldn't hesitate to try the sampler because it is refundable.

I honestly thought I'd like the rice water shampoo over the caster oil but it turns out it was the other way around so I'm really glad I got this little sample set to test it out before committing to a full bar. Both conditioners are fine but I liked the coconut oil the best. The scents are mild for all the bars which I love because I'm sensitive to smells. If you're looking to dip your toes into this brand then you HAVE to get this sample set. I have thick hair with an oily scalp. At first I thought the caster wasn't working while I was in the shower, the texture of my hair felt off, but after a few days it worked its magic. My hair was still soft and it really helped curb the oil. I'd imagine if you have dry hair the rice shampoo would be best. It doesn't work as well to curb my oily hair but it is still a decent product and I'm happy to use it up.

These are too small pieces. It's difficult to hold them even while bathing! The price is too overhyped for the product. I've already tried two of your soaps, with little or no positive result.

Best shampoo bar I’ve used. Leaves my hair soft and shiny. Wish the samples were round though, it can be difficult to lather up a cube.
