Effective and easy on the stomach
I’ve taken a lot of creatine supplements over the years, and find this one to be really effective. No digestive issues or anything of that sort I typically take 3 to 4 on non-workout days. On workout days I take the Vintage Build pre workout, which is also quite effective.

Bad taste in my mouth
This is a great supplement if they would only change one thing…the unpleasant aftertaste. I can’t tell if it’s from the powder in the capsule or the capsule itself, but it’s gross. The pills are pretty big so I can take more than 1 at a time which means I have to endure this aftertaste TWELVE times a day (a serving is 6 capsules). I like it but I think I’ll have to switch brands. Seriously…the aftertaste makes me gag sometimes.

Awesome if you’re traveling.
It’s six pills… it’s a good product and it is what it says it is, just not for me. That said, I will just take the time and use my shaker and just shake some powder. I did find these rather handy being out of town and without my shaker. Just swallow six pills and you’re done
