Delicious Ride Food
Best food for riding outside. No packaging to worry about as it is just banana leaves as a wrapper.

Tastes great
This worked perfectly for me. I have stomach sensitivity so getting something that helps but doesn't hinder me with stomach pains is a must. This bar is delicious. Loved the biodegradable packaging. Got these for my long bike rides. This worked great and gave me the boost I needed.

The flavor is good but these are more or less just sugar blocks with a creamy center, not energy blocks.

Not a fan of the taste. Plus product was past the best before date.
Too sugary. Taste is okay but didn’t really like it. Very sugary and granular. The product received was 10 days past the best before date. So technically expired. Won’t order again.

Great for Long Runs
I heard about these from a running group I follow on youtube, and I am a convert. I used gels for runs, but these are more affordable and easier to dispose of during runs. I like to cut mine into quarters so it's easier to pop one in my mouth during the run. They dissolve in your mouth nicely and don't leave a sticky residue on your teeth. Gave me a good boost to keep going.

Wollte die Energieriegel zum Fahrradfahren verwenden, jedoch ist der Geschmack extrem süß und auch die Zusatzstoffe sind nicht alle natürlich, somit werde ich diese Blöcke nicht noch einmal kaufen.

Much easier to use than gels or gummies and I love that the wrapping can be discarded without littering the ground. The taste is great too and it does give you that extra unth needed on any run or workout. My only slight concern is that the wrapping can break or if running in the wet can start to break apart quickly meaning if you don't use a whole block and want to keep it, it's hard to store afterwards. You do get 10 for the price though the taste is great (I have the coffee and Guava) me and a few from my running club have now moved across to these and as more people try and taste them I think most of us will transfer from Gels or gummies. The issues I have with Gels is the packaging and how easily it gets sticky sometimes your hands too, you are unable to discard the wrapper and some do give you issues with your stomach. I liked the gummies but it's not that easy to get them out of the packet plus they do get stuck to your teeth and than you have the wrapper also at the end. These are easy to open during a run, no mess and a quick bite is all you need every now and then. I recommend to anyone to at least try them.

Sehr gut Der Geschmack ist natürlich. Die Verpackung aus pflanzlichem papier ist sehr praktisch. Die Energieriegel geben einen guten Schub;)
