These are just what is needed to help getting up into the truck bed. Very good quality!!

Perfect fit for my 2014 GMC Sierra standard cab, 6.5’ bed. The factory holes were there and lined up perfectly with this product. Very intuitive installation. Clever design of brackets and bolts made installation easy. There’s a little flex when stepped on but seems sturdy enough for my 185 lbs. I don’t recall what it’s rated for but I would be cautious of users over 200. Snaps down/snaps up with ease and I have no fear the step will drop down by itself even on the heaviest bumps. Just remember to put it back up before driving off. Excellent ground clearance. Sits higher than rear bumper. It is a bit pricey however.

Put this on my wife's 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 w/ 6" lift and 35's. Mounting was easy though we did run in to a tiny problem. On the main bracket that mounts to the bumper, the bolt holes were to tight for the factor bolts to go through and I had to run a drill through them and open them up a slight bit. Perhaps the tight fit was caused by the powder coating on the bracket? None the less it was an easy fix and outside of that it was a easy install. Taking my time, it took approx. 30min to install and was able to use my Dewalt 3/8" driver for almost all of the work (though you will need an extension or two.)Once installed the step sits tightly up and under the truck but it doesn't touch the body and enough of it sticks out that you can easily push it down with your foot. My 5'4 wife can now easily get in and out of the bed of her "monster truck". Good product, good purchase.

I installed this step as I could not reach the back bumper step to get into the bed. Installs in about 20 minutes with just a socket set and combo wrench.

Love the step. Have a lifted truck and this step makes it easier to climb up into the bed with my bad knees. Instillation was a pain in the butt though. Directions were vague and in one instance completely incorrect. Took over an hour to accomplish something that should have only taken around 30 minutes.

You get what you pay for! Us old guys really love this kind of product. The combination of this step with the GM bumper step is perfect. I little tough to install in the tight corners but very doable nonetheless. Would have been a snap if I had a air ratchet. But my manual ratchet had to do. Took me about 40 minutes to install. Worth every penny especially when there is a rebate available.

Fabulous little device. A lot easier than hiking up the pants so you can lift your foot a foot.
