Surf: 100 Greatest Waves Hardcover – October 29, 2013

Bought this book for my surfer step son for Christmas. Not knowing much about the sport, I wasn't sure he would appreciate this gift, but he did. He loved all the pictures of the various surfing spots around the world and said they gave him even more inspiration to surf, as if he needed it! Not only did the book cover all of the well-known places like Southern California, Hawaii and Australia, there were even pics of surfing at the Great Lakes and Iceland. Later that day he pulled me aside and said the book was the best present he received. I recommend it highly.

Beautiful wave photography and informative surfer travel infomation. Gave as gifts to surfer family members and it was a hit. Ours sits on the coffee table for all to see and read. Surfers everywhere will benefit from this well designed, beautifully photographed and informative book! A surfer's "Dream Building Guide" to world wide destinations! Highly recommend.

I bought this for my boyfriend as one as his Christmas gifts (he surfs most days of the week) it's an awesome coffee table book that is filled with beautiful vibrant photos that extend to the very edges of each page and lists the greatest waves with info about the waves and when to go.

Book cover kind of messed up

This was a Christmas gift for my surfer family in California. They LOVED the book, its information, and what they call its inspiration for their future surf travels. I'm very happy to have thought of this purchase, and also give kudos to the seller for getting the gift to CA in time for Christmas!

This is a beautiful coffee table book, but mislabeled as "100 Greatest Waves" Tofino in Canada, Nova Scotia, New England, Long Island, The Great Lakes, Taiwan? The list goes on and on of waves that would not make anyone's list of 100 greatest waves. It should have been named Waves Around the World. Pretty book.

Gift for my boyfriend for our 2 year anniversary. He couldn't put it down for the first hour of looking at it. It looks great on our coffee table :)
