Really impressed
I gave it a week before writing a review, and I will say these are impressive. They're light; they don't knock me out but they help me get deep sleep, even if it's taking one at bed time and/or middle of the night when I can't sleep. No morning grogginess, which is shocking! They're a pleasant light taste AND not too gummy (this is not the kind that gets stuck in your teeth). Really impressed with this product! Very happy I tired. Highly recommend.

Knocks me out!!
Okay, this knocks me out! It takes 10-15 minutes for it to start working but it keeps me asleep for the WHOLE night. It kept me in a deep sleep and I don't wake up drowsy. Very nice and tastes good.

No nightmares
I’ve tried melatonin pills and other chewables. These are the only ones that don’t give me weird dreams. I cut them in half as I don’t need 10mg. I deduct one star because they’re extremely sweet.

The Time-Release option is a game changer for our family
I recommend these over the regular gummy melatonin that do not have the time-release additive. My daughters both suffer with sleep issues and I noticed a HUGE difference in how they are not only able to fall asleep more quickly, but they both stay asleep 95% more through the night with these, then they were with the ones that didn't have the time-release ability. The taste is pleasant, they say and I've tried them too. The flavor starts off sweet, but then (in my opinion) leaves a bit of a medicinal taste, like a weak cough syrup. I recommend, giving this before brushing teeth for the night, because there is definitely a stickiness factor that will sit on the grooves of the teeth all night, if you don't. This is a subscribe/save item for our house - so unless I run out and have to purchase something elsewhere - it is our go to product.
