These are ridiculously good.
These are exactly as described. Ice cream sandwiches made for the most elite astronauts. They are totally delicious and arrived in tact and ready for lift off!!!

Would repurchase
When I'm pregnant I crave this. I'm assuming it has a lot to do with the texture rather than the taste itself. The cookie part is crispy but melts in your mouth just as the ice cream does, but the ice cream almost has this sound of breaking styrofoam when you bite into it. The cookie part is chocolatey but not overly so. The ice cream has a good flavor if you allow it to melt slightly in your mouth. My 4 year old and 15 month old absolutely love these too. The price is kind if high for a snack youd reach for often, but as an occasional treat I think its reasonable. Most of the bars came intact, no air bubbles, and none were crushed. A couple of them were broken in half which is fine and to be expected.

Excellent Product!!
I was skeptical about “dried” ice‑cream, but this product lives up to the hype. The package arrived in a sleek, compact “tac” (the little pouch) and the ice‑cream was as fresh as it could be—no freezer burn, no clamping. The flavor is exactly what you’d expect from the real thing you get at the Air & Space Museum’s café, and it melts instantly on your tongue. I’m already planning to order more for trips and quick snacks. If you love ice‑cream but don’t want the mess of a freezer, give this a try—you won’t be disappointed.

It *is* astronaut ice cream, which is not actually that delicious
Somehow the astronaut ice cream of our youth (not sure how young you are, but I’m no spring chicken myself has been replaced with astronaut ice cream sandwiches. I thought this distinction mattered, so I agonized about whether to buy this or hunt down real (I suppose sandwich-less) astronaut ice cream of my youth. Don’t waste your time like I did: I think they added the cookies to keep this crumbling mess together. What did you expect? It’s completely desiccated cream, dry as the Sahara. I bought this for a five-year-old’s space themed birthday party. It was a great theme in the loot bag, and later as my kid crumbled pieces of this mess half in her mouth and half on the floor, she looked at me with the profound disappointment of a child who has been lied to: “Mama, there is no way this is ice cream” she said. And yet 10/10, would buy again. Because really, it’s not about the taste is it. It’s about the rocket ship and the dream.

Delicious expensive experience
Why is this SO good? Lol yes, its expensive for one ice cream sandwich and FYI don't open it on your desk over your keyboard like I did with my dogs right underneath 🤣 what a mess and well, we all loved it!

It was ok
It definitely tasted like an ice cream sandwich, just not cold and had a weird consistency.

My grandson thought this was the coolest thing ever! He ate it and liked it!

Missing items, waste of money.
Instead of a 6 pack I received a singular package. So I spent nearly $30 for a singular ice cream. Very upset.

Pretty great as a novelty treat
I’ve never had anything freeze dried before, let alone an ice cream sandwich. I was lucky to receive mine completely intact, the vanilla is kinda overpowering but overall it’s got a great crunch and tastes pretty good.

Great gift but came crushed
Bought as an extra Christmas present for my partner, he was ecstatic as he loves space themed stuff that's unique and fun. He loved it and gave me a bite, but the bar came totally smashed to bits. The ice cream filling tastes like creamy vanilla flavoured custard, and has a texture similar to meringue when you bite it, but if you let it sit on your tongue for a few seconds and get some saliva on it, it starts to melt sort of like ice cream. The chocolate sandwich part is also tasty, much like a Bourbon biscuit. Good crunch on it. Altogether it was a great gift, but disappointed that it came so crushed. Tastes amazing, would have looked amazing, but for the price and long wait time, I wouldn't really say it's worth it... :(

Dusty
I know its dried food and a bit dusty but I at least expected to taste ice cream.
