Great little saw, I have chopped down trees in my garden with very little effort, I'm amazed how good it is, I would highly recommend this item for small jobs or if like me you don't have the confidence to use a full size chainsaw then this is perfect

Love this chainsaw. Great tool. Definitely does the job. Only complaint is the reservoir for the oil is tiny so you have to keep filling it up every 2 mins. Would still buy again though

purchased smaller portable chainsaw for ease of use and handling - this seems to apply - I've used both blades and ease of changing etc. battery charging as norm, - 3 hrs.note the oil reservoir is small and a little fiddly so firstly decant your oil into small empty tin , and use to fill - longer term use get a smalle sealable plastic bottle for this - it oils chain in use, ok, but seems to be a bit runny so tends to drip a bit. 8inch and 6 inch blades seem ok, depends on the work piece- dont expect too much , as this is small saw. Quality - the plastic is as you expect for a 50/60 quid , serious tool ie ok for diy ,like a b & decker - you pays your price, it aint a b.sch or mak.....would buy again has 2 batteries and the powerfuller ones - so price is fair IMO

You get a lot of tool here, 6" and 8" capability. Cuts good and so easy to use. Be prepared though it drinks chain oil. Chains are easy to change and the chain tension also in seconds. One issue that made me return the item was that it's a 46 teeth chain and the supplier informs me that only 46 teeth can be used, even if the gauge is the same. All chains to fit 8" are either 45 or 48. Therefore, I reluctantly had to return it, but IF I could buy the chains I would recommend in a heart beat.

Wow! I am so impressed by the versatility, power, weight and utility. Battery life is great, the power delivery is fantastic and it will cut through branches with a 20cm diameter. And it's pretty quiet too - given the application.It could be improved by enlarging the oil reservoir that needs refilling every 10 minutes. So far I've used it for about 4 hours and the chain seems to have retained its original sharpness. For £60, it's great value. Long may it last!Update: still sharp and working well. If the blade slackens, loosen the locking collar, tension the chain by pulling the guide bar and retighten. You have to do this with all chainsaws. Simple!

It stopped working days after return date, I'm really not impressed.

Does the job, cut through 4 inch ivy branches, surprising how thick and long ivy can grow much like a tree. Fast delivery, pleased with item. Easy to use and I'm a much older woman, so to use with you lose your strength and it's lightweight too, easy for me to use solo.

Ideal for my requirements; removing trees up to roughly 8” or 9” girth in my garden. Changing or adjusting chain is no fuss. Oil reservoir is a bit small and a carrying case would’be been handy but not a problem.
