I bought this product for my significant other because, well... it was needed obviously. She liked it a lot and said that it definitely helped her with her monthly symptoms and has continued to buy it each month. She said the bloating is less and the cramping was improved (although not gone entirely, not that this is what's advertised, I'm just sayin'). Overall I give it 5 stars because we (yes, both of us) got what we wanted out of it. Happy wife, happy life.

If you are queasy about taking pills, these are not for you. They are fairly large (see photo), and the daily dosage is THREE on an empty stomach. I struggle with very painful periods and ovulation, so I'm always looking for help in that area. I appreciated that these were made in the USA, so thought I would give them a try. The bottle just says to take THREE per day on an empty stomach (making a bottle last only a month), but the Amazon listing instructs to take them for "3-4 days premenstrual, every day during your period, and then 3-4 days post-menstrual". So for me, that would be 12–14 days per month... making a bottle last about 2 cycles. In either case, they better be miraculous at $55/bottle. I'm not at the time of the month where I need these yet, so I haven't actually tried them, but I thought I would include my initial reactions.

This product keeps my body normal feeling while I am visiting with my monthly friend. Reduces the bloat and blah feeling.

This supplement is easy to take. They comes as capsules and are pretty standard size, though must be taken whole.

I bought this for my daughter. Within a few days she was have rashes break out in her body, numbness in her lips. 8 hours after not taking it, everything cleared up.

Even now, I make a garlic infusion for garden pest control. Now finally, many previously unavailable herbal remedies are on the market. This is a mixed blessing, because the industry is largely unregulated. I hope that I may better assist Amazon buyers by publishing my reviews in this manner.
