Ok, so I'm late 30's and have always had dry skin due to using tretinoin since my mid-20's for wrinkle prevention. (And for my 20 something girlies - yes, it works! Start early and stay loyal to it) So while I don't have a ton of fine lines, my skin barrier is always struggling. Here in NC we've had some oddly dry weather since early Spring, and now that it's Fall, I'm getting flakey. Someone on Reddit mentioned whipped beef tallow, and I had previously tried the tallow that I cook with on my face, but just could not get past the scent. (For anyone wondering, cooking tallow smells like a chewed up dog bone, do not recommend) It also didn't feel like it 'sunk' into my skin the right way. Scanned Amazon for whipped tallow and was not ready to pay $40 for another question mark product. lol Ya'll. Stop what you're doing and just buy this now. The scent is out of this world. I think I reapplied it about 3x in a row because the vanilla smelled so good. Not a cheap, cloying scent. It smells like actual REAL vanilla bean. Looks and smells like you're applying buttercream frosting to your face, but it quickly sinks in. Sadly, the scent does not linger for long on me, but I'm ok with that because my skin looks and feels OUT OF THIS WORLD. I don't know how to explain it, but it almost works like a makeup primer as well. Everything goes on so smoothly and my skin doesn't feel tight. Also have been applying it to my décolletage and there is zero greasiness or 'feel' left behind. My 12 year old daughter also used it and now I have a container on the way for her. Update: ordered the lavender scent for my daughter, but it's not my favorite. She's not much of a fan of the lavender either, so I ordered another vanilla and will use the lavender on my feet/legs.

We wanted a clean alternative to help my daughters clear up their eczema. This is made locally to us and smells amazing. I use it on both my girls faces. It’s also helped to clear up any dry spots or eczema. My wife and I use it too. We’ve repurchased and plan to continue. Love this!

My skin has never felt softer. The redness in my cheeks has gone down. It smells wonderful. Long lasting as well.

I have been using this brand for about a year now. The lavender is my favorite scent. A little goes a long ways, especially if you’re using on your face. It does well under my makeup too and I live in a very humid state. I did buy a brand local to where I live that had frankincense and myrrh and it smelled great at first but then it started to smell rancid as the day went on. It was super expensive too. I NEVER get that with this brand. It’s inexpensive and smells great. It’s a great quality product. If you think it’s greasy it’s probably because you’re putting too much on. I buy 2 jars at a time and I use daily and they last me a good 3-4 months. I use on my face, elbows, hands daily snd on my arms as needed.

It definitely has a stronger scent than other tallow products I’ve used, but it’s not overpowering in any way. Light floral vanilla, smells great if you’re a fan of scents. I have yet to try it as skincare, but I did take out a dab and used it on my hands. At first it seemed to be a tad greasy, but after a couple minutes the greasiness was near gone. A little goes a long way! As for consistency, I am so happy that it’s actually a WHIPPED tallow, all the other brands I’ve tried have been a let down, they end up being too watery. Not this tallow, it’s thick. This product is also half the price of the others I’ve tried. I am also a Wa native so seeing that it was made locally in Ellensburg Wa was one of the selling points for me! UPDATE: I love it, it is super moisturizing! Again it is a little greasy when first applying, I've been needing to wait 15-20 min for it to soak in before putting anything else on, such as cosmetics. We’ve been having really cold and dry weather the past few weeks and my skin was starting to get really dry and cracked. This has completely reversed that in just a matter of days.

Love it. I was using CeraVe and then switched to castor oil for a more natural skin regimen. But sometimes the castor oil seemed to break me out. I switched to this tallow and it’s great. I have been using for a few months now. It doesn’t seem to break me out. Smells amazing. Keeps my skin moisturized really well almost all day after I spray my natural toner on. A little goes a long way and the size is great for every day and travel use. I used Primally Pure’s Clarifying Mist for my toner for awhile and really loved it. I recently switched to Everyday Beauty’s Rose Water Witch Hazel Facial Toner for a more cost effective alternative. So far I would say it is close to equal but I maybe like the clarifying mist a little more. After I finish the bottle I’m going to see if the price difference is worth going back or not. But those are two options for organic/non-toxic toners. I was using Numbuzin face toner before and also was trying to find a nontoxic switch. For my areas that seem to get extra dry like above the bridge of my nose in my forehead, and the lower corners next to my nose, I usually add a little dab of hexane-free cold-pressed organic castor oil at night or in the morning, and that helps keep those spots moisturized. Hexane-free is important. Thanks for making a great product!

This product smells amazing, is very thick so great for dry skin, very smooth, but for those sensitive to fragrance this will potentially break you out I put it on my face and broke out but I do have very sensitive skin.

Best tallow moisturizer I have ever used!! I tried many other brands and this one is hands down the best feel, smell, and amazing results of soft skin. I have sensitive skin so I am always hesitant to try new things but I’m so extremely happy with this purchase! I will purchase again and again! You will love it!
