Everything works as expected. Connected right up to our Samsung TV. The sound is 100% better and we can actually hear voices instead of just music. Very satisfied.

This item was so easy to connect with bluetooth and the sound quality is perfect. The subwoofer really delivers and it's perfect for the space I have without blowing out my neighbors. I live in a townhome, So that's important.

Good sound and fairly easy to setup except for the directions that are in very small print. The remote is good for only the volume and turning it off and on because you can't see anything on the TV screen. It's much easier to configure from the soundbar itself. I used the optical cable rather than Bluetooth because of better sound. After a few tries I was able to configure the Xfinity remote to change the volume. The sound bar showed up as a stereo receiver in Xfinity and Xfinity entered the correct Samsung code. Still nothing is showing up on the screen. Everything works fine, including the subwoofer, and the bass and tremble can be adjusted from the soundbar. If I knew there is no HDMI connection than I would not have bought this. What good is a remote if you can't see the selections on the TV screen. I found a Polk sound bar on Ebay that is the same price as a new Samsung sound bar with an HDMI port and higher reviews on Amazon.

Excellent sound system, would never know it was refurbished. This is exactly what I was looking for on a budget

I used it for my tv. The sound bar worked"okay". But nothing from woofer! I don't think you should sell refurbished equipment w/out checking it out- to make sure it ALL works!
