Works great for our daughter who is 20months old & 25lbs. It's soft material so it doesn't irritate her skin. The adjustable strap between the legs & the shoulder straps gives extra support & puts our minds at ease knowing she can't slip out of it. It's also designed where she can't unsnap the buckles. It looks bulky on but she can still use her arms to get her snacks/drink. Drys quickly. Keeps her head above water. Great for the beach & the pool.

The Helpsplash toddler swim vest is fantastic! I love that it has two straps-around the back and then underneath the legs. The buckles have a safety feature that doesn’t allow it to be opened without pushing a button and then unclamping it. It was very easy to put on my son and he is very comfortable swimming and floating in the water with it. Other vests were extremely large and this one is the perfect size!

I got this purple plaid and pink puddle jumper because it was a rare cute design for a puddle jumper but i returned it immediately.- the foam inside is so thin around the chest- the foam in the arm loops is not one solid layer of foam like other puddle jumper. It was 4 or 5 thin layers of foam on top of each other that didn’t even reach around fully to the bottom of the arm loop (the part that would be in the water)- the whistle string is very long and got wrapped around my 20 month olds legs while walking when trying this life jacket on, i can’t imagine it would be safe in the water where it could wrap around and arm or leg (also…if a child is in trouble in the water do we really think they’d be able to locate and blow a whistle?)Compared to a standard Speedo puddle jumper, this one is not even half of what i would trust my child in.

Small fits my 2-year-old well and doesn’t feel too bulky.It’s not the kind of life jacket that keeps their head up, so it’s best for supervised pool time where they’re being held or closely watched.The blue color is cute and vibrant, and my daughter was excited to wear it.Nice little float support for water play without getting in the way too much.

This is a good support for a 2-2.5 year old in water. Very stable and keeps the child safe with the strap under legs. The vest portion in addition to the arm bands help balance in water.

Amazing. Worked perfect for my 1 year old son. He loved having a little freedom and it gave me comfort when he tried to dive in and the jacket made him flip onto his back. Great for the price as well.

this was okay i guess for my 2yr old sons first time in the pool the arm things where kind of big and didn't really fit and i don't recommend letting your kid go because they definitely WONT float not worth the price and it was hard for him to really move in it

This is perfect for my child. He’s almost 2 but he’s on the smaller side this fits perfect & does not bunch up or try or slide off
