I was skeptical about how well this would work. I carry my stress in my neck and shoulders and I was worried that this device would not apply enough pressure to provide any relief. I was wrong. It doesn’t provide a lot of pressure, but the strong vibration options, along with the tens, and heat has been a game changer. This has become a permanent fixture on my neck. It was definitely worth it and I would purchase it again!

This is the best neck massager. It is worth every penny. Has many different features and presets. It can be used to relax or you can find a preset that will give you a deep massage that really helps to relieve pain. You can use it with an app that is very easy to download to your device. Once installed it is very easy to use and it adds a lot of features. I am very pleased with this purchase. I highly recommend the SKG Cordless Neck Massager.

So funny story.. I bought one of these for my wife for Christmas. Purchased it in early November. Rating were good, my wife gets a lot of tension in her neck and shoulders. I've bought her other neck massager but she didn't like them, they had those hard ball things they rolled and she said it hurt her, so I stopped buying them. Then I seen this one, it was more of a pulsing massager, vibrating etc, and had heat mode, so I decided to give it a try and get it for her.. Soooo the first week of December, I slept wrong or something and my neck was tweeked, it hurt everytime I turned my head. My chiropractor was gone on vacation so I had to deal with it.... Or DID I LOL.. I decided I would open the gift I bought my wife and test it myself LOL figured if I didn't like it or it was to aggressive where I know she wouldn't like it, then I'd keep it and get her something else. Well let me tell you, this is a very nice massager. It has multible settings, and has setting or functions you can download through the app that syncs to the massager when you turn it on. You don't have to download the app to use it, but it's nicer and easier to switch between modes using the app. There is a voice assistant that tells you the mode and intensity you using. You can control everything to make is customized to your liking. And the heat function is instant so waiting. You can set timer from 5 min to 30 minutes. So this worked so well, and took care of my neck pain, I took it to my chiropractor when he returned and told him about it, he really liked it as well, and bought one for his daughter for Christmas, and YES I bought another one for my wife for Christmas lol and she loves it... so highly recommend

It worked great the first 3-4 days I used it. After that, the TENS system just felt like it was shocking my neck, where before it felt like a really nice electric muscle stimulation. It seems like it must be malfunctioning, I'm not sure. But I would not recommend because it only worked for a few days.

This items does as described. Honestly the electric shock is all I need but the heat works well and is important for making the muscles loosen up. The vibration honestly doesn't do anything for the musclea but I keep using it because it kind of feels nice. If they vibration was considerably stronger to where it actually helped them I would like this product more. Also, I am not a fan of the programs built in. They all start out slow and gradually build up. I just want to go full blast from the start like at a doctor's office. If it had programs like that and stronger vibrations then this would be a perfect product.

This is a tens unit with a vibrator / heat. Not a massager. I am sorry but when your neck is in knots you need a massage. It is also a bit noisy.

Wife loves it ! Has helped with her neck pain and ability to turn her head further after 1st use . She uses it every day now !

Exceeded expectations. My partner loves it. It is very soothing and relaxing. Portability is great and battery life is good. Came with a nice cloth bag for storage. Many and varied massage programs available. App control is excellent. Would recommend.

Love this set of neck massager! It gives out strong pulses and warm to soothes the neck. After downloaded the SKG app, the neck massager connects easily and I could customised my intensity on both vibrations and heat. I could also add on new massage programme that it’s not on the switch using the app. Oh! I forgotten to mention about the comfort cushion that wraps around my neck! It feels so comfortable and soothing! Love that it also folds small that it is portable for keeping it in my bag if I want to bring it along for travelling.

This item burns and gives electric shocks. Further I have spent 30 minutes trying on Amazon site to get a returns form, site will only give me self help info but not return - shameful.

It is much better than the previous version, and with the app working as intended and a good user experience, it is a tremendous investment if you have neck issues. I highly recommend it.
