I started using this because my triglycerides tend to sit on the elevated side, even when my diet is good; a familial trait. A family member has used them for a while now, takes 2 daily and she said her numbers (triglycerides) are now normal. I started using this for a month before going to the doctor and keeping my diet clean as I have done before and my levels were down 20 points. I only take one a day, not the regimen recommended on the bottle and I’m happy with that progress so far. Hopefully my numbers will continue to improving as I continue to take these. The taste isn’t great if you leave them on your tongue while filling your water cup. I also store these in the fridge. It’s not recommended on the bottle but others have suggested it and it will probably help with freshness. I haven’t had any side effects either but I do take this with my first meal of the day and not on an empty stomach.
