Works as it should. Takes some adjusting of dose to achieve the regularity you're looking for ...but boy are these pills tiny! Hard to pick up ..easy to drop on the floor to never be found. I use care dispensing these over a dish as I have dogs and no one wants that scenario to clean up 😂 tiny but mighty ..and effective

It WORKS. It makes you excrete liquid so if you’re desperate this is a good choice. Just don’t go outside for the next 12 hours. It takes a little bit to work (30 mins - 2 hours), then you feel a cramp and well yeah.
