I'm all about the adaptogens and I couldn't be happier that they are finally getting the recognition they deserve, as the right blend really can work wonders. My problem has been getting sub par quality supplements or the amounts of mg being so low that they have no effect at all. Yes, I drink the adaptogen coffee, but I needed a change so when I saw these gummies I figured I would give them a shot. I really liked the clean formula (keto, non gmo...), the different mushrooms used AND that they weren't skimpy on the amounts. The bottle arrived quick, complete with a saftey seal around the lid and another protective cover over the opening of the bottle. I started with just one gummy a day for the first 4 days, to make sure I wouldn't have any adverse reaction, which I didn't. By morning 5, I was taking the suggested 2 gummies a day. The texture of the gummies is nice. They seem hard at first, but that's just how the outer part of the gummy feels. When you actually start chewing these, you will find them to be very soft and easy to chew. They don't get stuck in your teeth at all, but they do seem to break apart in small, chunky pieces in your mouth. The flavor isn't bad at all- definitely not what you would expect from a mushroom blend like this. There is an artificial berry flavor, which usually I can't stand, but this is very light and dare I say- quite pleasant. There is a hint of sweetness before you taste just a bit of earthy, mushroom flavor. These aren't so tasty that you crave more immediately, but it's suprising that they taste as pleasant as they do. Taste is a 6.75 out of 10. I have ADHD...bad. I don't just say I have it, I've been diagnosed with it since I was 8 and I get tested almost every year since. My brain is all over, my focus is non existent and I can't sit still. Yes, chemical prescriptions do help level me out, but I don't like being dependent on chemicals, so that's why I turned to adaptogens. So have these helped me? I would say they have...for sure. BUT, it took a while. I didn't really notice many effects in the first 1.5 weeks, but once this blend really got into my system, I started to feel it. My focus was a bit sharper, my brain wasn't thinking of 1500 things at a time. Without a doupt, these definitely have had positive effects for me- they aren't crazy or insane, but enough to be noticeable. As far as energy goes, I have A LOT of that to begin with, so I wasn't looking for more, but I did want this supplement to help me relax, to channel my energy for good. I would say that this did an ok job with that as well. To be honest though, any positive effect I see is pretty amazing, so I could only imagine how well these would help someone who isn't as scattered as I am. I really do feel better overall though. These have made a very noticeable difference in my overalls health, wellness and mental health too. I feel strong- mentally and physically. I really do appreciate when something natural like this can help me, even just a little bit- and these have. It took a bit of time to notice the effects, so there might be a loading period. And of course, everyone reacts different. These are on the expensive side, but I understand why. I like that they are made in the USA and 3rd party tested. Plus, the ingredients are clean and that's pretty huge with this type of supplement. Are they really worth it though? I would say that they ARE worth it, especially if you are looking for more energy and focus. BUT, if you are trying to not be dependent on ADD/ADHD meds, these will take the edge off and help a bit, but don't expect any miracles. Overall, my experience was definitely positive and I have ordered another bottle. I just like how these help me level out. Plus, the ingredients are just great for health and wellness overall.

I was intrigued by the potential health benefits of LUV's mushroom blend gummies. The inclusion of lion's mane, cordyceps, reishi, chaga, and turkey tail offer exciting possibilities for immune support, inflammation reduction, and antioxidant properties. Unfortunately, for me the taste is a significant drawback. There's a strong, artificial berry flavor that lingers unpleasantly. It kind of tastes like eating a dirty berry that has some sugar sprinkled on it. Additionally, I was disappointed to find several questionable ingredients like synthetic food dyes, artificial colors, natural flavors, citric acid, and sodium citrate. For a premium-priced product, I would expect a cleaner ingredient list. At the time of this product review, these are $1.57 per gummy. While the product description touts certifications like vegan, KETO, soy-free, gluten-free, USA-made, and 3rd party tested, none of these certifications are present on the product label. This lack of transparency reduced my confidence in the product. Finally, the absence of a cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) seal on the label is concerning. This seal is a standard for ensuring product quality and safety. Overall, while the potential health benefits are enticing, the unpleasant taste and questionable ingredients detract significantly from the product's value. I'd hesitate to repurchase unless the product label was updated with certification seals, and the taste and ingredient list are improved.

I do like how soft these gummies are and that you only have to take one. That's really where the five stars came from. Even with the deep prune/grape flavor though, you can taste the mushrooms in the gummies. They taste like earth. I've had other mushroom gummies that don't taste like mushrooms so I was surprised by it. I DO like mushrooms, but somehow this bothers me. I gave them to my husband who will use them, and even my son said "They taste like mushrooms but I'll eat them"- interesting because he DOESN'T like mushrooms haha. They're also lightly sugar coated which I find disappointing. I wish vitamin gummies companies would skip the extra sugar. All in all, I'm not a fan of the flavor so I won't be taking them, but they're fresh, soft and easy to take.

If you are looking for a very easy way to add adaptogenic mushrooms into your supplement/nutrition regime, this is a good bet. They contain the main ingredients I was looking for: Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps, Turkey Tail, Reishi, and Chaga. Those were the ingredients on my list because they are the main ones that get recommended when you read up on adaptogenic mushrooms for general mind and mood support. I like that these are made from organic mushroom extracts and are vegan, KETO-friendly, soy-free, and gluten-free. In addition they are made in the US and are third-party tested. These taste and smell fine to me, kind of a berry flavor with a bit of sweetness. They aren’t too gummy/sticky. One bottle has 30 1-gummy servings. These are giving me good results and I recommend them.

I was pretty excited to get these but other than that they taste good as a berry gummie- they don't seem to do much! I have had a number of different supplements/nootropics for focus and energy- you name it! I have some that I take 1 and hour later I'm zipping around and in high functioning and focus mode- Sadly not these! I have taken them for 3 days now and even doubled up because they taste so yummy but nothing happening. That doesn't mean they wouldn't work for someone else as we all have different reactions to things. Just not for me...
