Great product. After a month of use, my posture is perfect even with the trainer off. Unfortunately I have a bad habit of slouching and will go back after a week or two of not wearing. It's a great mental reminder to sit upright. Highly recommend this product! It's not too bulky and can be easily worn under a jacket. Not sure if one can wear under a shirt though. It might be too abrasize for that.

Height: 5'5 Build: Slim/Athletic Waist size: 30 Bought a size small since my waist is 30 and wore this for a few days before reviewing. Pros: -Product has quality, shoulder straps are soft and waist straps are durable. -There are thin metal bars for the back support. -Product can be worn for few hours before feeling fatigue. -Product can be put on easily and released quickly. -Comes with instructions and online video. Cons: -the product can become uncomfortable if wearing in some situations: 1) not made to support your posture while sitting down or bending over 2) the shoulder straps will wear down your shoulder or can strain your neck when reaching/stretching arms over head -there is no guidelines or suggestions on how long to wear the device No product is the perfect solution but overall, this device does give some back support and can physically remind you to adjust your posture. Wearing it alone will not correct your posture and so I suggest a combination of wearing this device and also doing daily stretching/yoga.

This product gives more waist/lower back support than back or shoulder support. It will require you to sit up straighter due to the stiffness around the waist, but I didn’t feel like it was pulling my shoulders back enough for best posture (I have severe scoliosis and my upper back is the problem). It was confusing to put on until I read the directions - do read the directions! I didn’t have any underarm discomfort at all. I’m 5’2”, 125lbs, 28 waists and ordered a small and it seems to fit well.

This posture corrector is easy to navigate and conceal under lose clothes. It seems to help remind me to maintain my posture and is adjustable. My only negative remark would be you need to wear it over a shirt with sleeves...anything sleeveless kind of hurts your underarms. The service was outstanding...the company has been easy to contact and responds immediately. I would use them again.

Overall, I liked the way the product fit and worked. However, within a week of use, one of the seams came unstitched. Seems to be fairly low quality. Will try a similar product hopefully with better seams.

I was in serious pain after my car accident. Pills and stretches just wasn't doing it. This trainer saved my life, and my back. I sit a lot at work, so it's easy to fall into the trap of slouching, which prolongs the pain. Not with this. It kept my back straight and pushed the pain away. I still wear it, even though my pain has been gone for over a month.

I got the smallest size because I am a small petite person. However, it seems even the smallest size is too big. The straps hold my shoulder back, but the band around the abdomen/waist is too big. I can only pull it so tight before running out of Velcro. Because the abdominal binder is loose, it keeps riding up and loosening the pull on my shoulders. I believe that it would work well if it were in a smaller size. It is of good quality although the bottom did fray after 3 days of use. The brace itself rather thick, it is noticeable if worn under clothing but not noticeable under a sweater or jacket.

I am someone who spends way too many hours at a desk. As a result, my shoulders and upper back often burn - and I know I'm hunching terribly at times. I also have lower back issues. It is so nice to find a quality product which addresses both concerns. I purchased a small. It fits my waist perfectly (A few years back I bought a lower back support - youth size - to try to find one which provided enough support. It really didn't fit snug enough. This one does!) My one request would have been for a long waist. However, even with that, this has been a great help. And, it's comfortable! I wear it for hours without issues.
