Perfect conversation starters
We LOVE these cards. My son gets so excited to use these and runs gets them out nearly every night at dinner time. They are creative questions for curious minds, and still age appropriate. My husband and I are really enjoying answering these with him also. I have recommended them to multiple other families I know.

Really great cards
Really great cards. I will use them in a grief group that I guide. These will be good prompts. I also bought a set for my colleague. They are a little pricey, but I think worth it.

Good for connecting more
This is great for getting to know your preteen with easily manageable questions and activities in baby steps. Sometimes, at this age they like to clam up about their feelings. This really helps bring them out and help you understand what they're going through.

Good way to get preteens talking
This has been a very fun game for our preteen as well as her younger sister. Would recommend.

Good game
This has been a good purchase so far. The questions are short, but actually require some thought and are generally of a deeper nature.

Not for us
My partner and I have played this a few times in hopes of avoiding our phones for a while. I see what it's trying to do, but the questions aren't right for us. They're a little beyond surface level (ie. "How would you react if I had a career change?) but never seemed to spur interesting conversation that lasts more than a couple minutes. We haven't really come back to this deck of questions after the first few times. For $40, I think it's worth looking for other options.
