UPDATE: I've changed my rating from 3 stars to 4 stars. The product I recieved did indeed have the issues I mentioned, but the seller contacted me and was eager to resolve the problems. That's worth a star.It's OK, but it's definitely not worth the price! Most of the pieces are poorly drilled, and many are drilled on the wrong side of the dowl. Following the lousy instructions, I was about half way finished, and realized it was screwed up, so I had to take it apart and start over. Because so many drill holes weren't where they needed to be, I had to pretty much reconfigure the design. I won't try to explain it all because it's so confusing, but take this into consideration before you buy it.If your bird is a chewer, he should be able to reduce this to nothing within a couple weeks. The wood is too soft for longevity.Oh, and it's impossible to attach the food and water cups, so I left them off, which wasn't a big deal for my situation, but it might be for others.It would be fine at $15 but the $40+ I paid was a rip off. Unless they drop the price to under $20, you can do better than this one. I would not buy again..

This was easy to put together, though one of the pre-drilled holes was a little too large for the screw, so I had to pack paper in the hole to give the screw more grip.The bird loves it, hangs out on this perch/play center all day. The cups are easy to remove and clean, there is plenty of space for bird to forage around, perch or nap. The tray comes out pretty easy, but scrubbing bird poo from the wood isn't always the easiest.

The assembly instructions were remarkably bad, the swing came broken, and some of the hardware stripped out of the wood upon screwing. I was able to eventually figure it out, use pliers to reassemble the swing, and hot glue the stripped bit in place (used only a little on the very inside so my bird has no risk of ingestion), but it did not live up to my hopes. In addition, the wood is not finished at all and there was notable sawdust. When assembled, my bird enjoyed exploring it for awhile, and it seems fairly sturdy. I will say, if you have a caique like me, it’s probably going to be a little small - definitely more sized to a cockatiel or parakeet - but isn’t so tiny they won’t be able to use it. The final product seems fairly durable, and probably perfectly sized for a smaller bird, but the instructions are really bad and the construction of some of the individual parts are not great.

My lovebird uses her playground every day. She loves sitting on it and looking out the window. I use the feed cups to play games with her. I taught her to bring her ball up and put it in the cup. Then she takes it out and rolls it down the ladder! I want her to join the parrot show at Sarasota Jungle Gardens! I am planning on them paying for my room and board next winter :) Think we may need to practice more first though.

Good size, can place on table easily but recommend newspaper for around edges to catch seeds and bird droppings. If you can find a metal (or disposable aluminum) tray large enough to catch everything I recommend doing so. It makes clean up after playing easy.Our cockatiel is shy but will play on this away from her cage for a long time.

My cockatiel climbs all over it. The swing is a little small for a cockatiel but its a cute decoration. The assembly instructions were kinda terrible but if you pay attention to where the holes are its totally doable. I like the food and water holders. Overall it's a solid little play stand.

My conure seems to like it okay, but…- it’s way overpriced!!- it’s a wee bit small for Max to maneuver around- the hardware provided to attach the food and water dishes are horrible and do not work. The metal strap, when attached to the perch, is not small enough to fit tightly to hold the dish in place- the screw hole for the round flat disc perch is too big. I improvised to secure it, but should’ve been provided either a larger screw or a smaller hole

The media could not be loaded.  My birds love it. Its small though. I would only use it just to feed them and spend some time in the living room with the fam. Really easy to clean you can remove the cups and wash them and the tray can be easily washed as well. I recommend drying as well after using it.

I bought this as a little hang out for my young cockatiel. I work from home and bought this to place on my desk so my bird can hang out with me while I'm working. The product itself seems to be okay. It was extremely difficult to read the directions, however I was able to put it together in roughly 15 to 20 minutes. My only real complaint is the metal tray that sits in the bottom is extremely bent and dented however it is still usable. Unfortunately it's not really the quality I expected considering the price point.

Sturdy, small, and great if you have a cockatiel that likes to be around you. This easily fits on a desk, I put it up higher and it is a hit. I highly recommend this if you have a cockatiel. It is sturdy, no plastic, shiny metal pan included, and it is portable and will fit on a desk, or a shelf, etc. UPDATE it started literally falling apart about a week after that 4 star review. The type of screws do not work, they do not hold the wood pieces together and it falls apart. What a piece of JUNK> no more Borang products for me, EVER

My cockatiel hated it at first but slowly it grew on her she loves to sit on top and eat at the food only downside is it’s a bit too small for a cockatiel and not the sturdiest but my bird DID end up enjoying it in the end!

Horrible product. The metal tray was horribly warped and bent, many of the holes on the dowels did not match up. Says this is for cockatiels when I would be FAR too small, and I’m saying this having a baby cockatiel that is barely 2 months old. 50$+ dollars, complete waste

The product is good not great, instruction to assembly could have been a little more detailed. Unfortunately the smaller pegs were defective, only found that out once I assembled everything - these were the last to be screwed on. the screws do not tighten properly which left the pegs loose, had to glue them with super glue.Recommend buyers check the smaller pegs if they screw on properly before putting everything else together.
