Worked quicker than I thought!!
02.23.26 I received my sleep gummies last night and was excited to try these as I don't sleep well and haven't ever. I'm female, 52, and I took only one gummy. The bottle did say between 1-2, but I opted for only one I took it about 1 to 1.5 hrs and I was starting to feel a little tired after 30 mins. Within an hour I was tired, but not ready for bed Well, at some point I fell asleep on my recliner and dragged myself into bed before midnight. Not thinking I would fet back to sleep I did I would say for me that I still feel pretty tired. I was up at 5am (normal) and cleaned the house and had the energy, but as I am sitting here I am still tired I do take the generic version of the Amazon brand Nyquil, which I highly recommend and it does not leave me tired, but I also don't sleep well with it either These gummies were much better. Make sure you get a full 8 to 10 hrs of sleep or you will be tired as I am The gummies taste is a lot to be desired. To me, there sweet, but not in a "sugar" way, bc I can taste the other ingredients and I just hurried and chewed it up I would reccomend these, but so far I did sleep, but maybe if I sleep without waking,maybe I wouldnt still be tired I will update my review after a week or two and let you know how well their working and if my sleep pattern has improved and if I still feel drowsy in the mornings

Helped sleep, TERRIBLE taste
Helped me fall asleep but I still struggled to stay asleep. Disclaimer I’m on ADHD meds that give me some serious insomnia. The three stars is mainly due to the flavor. These do not taste good. I feel like I have to force them down. The texture is also super weird and they are COATED in some type of sugar making them grossly sweet. I will be finishing this bottle then looking for some other options.
