It's an amazing product. Very good value and easy to install. This CCTV comes with fantastic picture quality. Especially the mobile APP, you can check CCTV and historical records at any time, and you can also communicate with the person on the other side of the camera in real time through the mobile APP. I bought it last year, and I found a problem very early, that is, when I check CCTV, I can hardly hear the conversation in the video clearly. Recently, I contacted the customer service with the intention of giving it a try, and I didn't expect them to be so excellent. The customer service is very responsible. They responded very promptly and helped me solve the problem responsibly. This is best after-sales service ever I had. Their team is very excellent.

Very competitively priced product & comes complete with everything needed (just add a monitor/TV screen) including 4 x 18m ethernet cables (more than ample for most set-ups).Very easy to set up once cameras are positioned & wiring has been run. Much better than wireless as signal is constant, uninterrupted & less prone to security breaches (in comparison to wireless signals). 2TB HDD is good for continuous 24-hour recording & by my estimates would cover at least 3 weeks (this is with 4 cameras, 2 of which are very high traffic areas).Connected to the internet, the system can be accessed via iegeeks intuitive app, which allows all kinds of customisation with regards to motion tracking, intelligent AI tracking (people, car, pet & packages) & customisable alerts. System can be shared with multiple users via sharing access after creating a "famil" set-up. Video quality is excellent & has allowed us to monitor details including vehicle registration plates with crystal clarity (even at night time). Has other features such as strobe & sound alarms that can be customised to certain types of detection & at certain times of day.The intelligent tracking performance is very reliable & ensures that key events are recorded throughout movement in the tracking area (this can also be customised via the system settings to avoid over detection in public areas for example).Had couple of issues with the app initially, but once all the softwares & firmwares were all updated automatically, these issues appear to have been resolved.I should mention there is no true "zoom" function, only pan & tilt, however, I have found that the video quality is so good, that the need for zoom has been uneccessary - this may impact your choice to purchase, depending on your needs.Overall, I'm really pleased with this system - significant upgrade on the wireless system I had before, more than suits my needs of continuous 24 hour monitoring whilst allowing me remote access & at almost half the price of other similar brands. Absolutely happy to recommend & certainly at this price point, I don't think you'll find anything better.

Excellent product! The system is easy to set up and worth every penny with its clear camera quality. It includes everything needed and its features, such as intelligent detection, are all extremely useful. Additionally, their customer service has been very helpful and beneficial, responding to my questions quickly and with effective solutions.Overall, I’d highly recommend this camera system

Set these up over weekend, very easy to setup, well packaged, the only thing wrong is that it states 4 x zoom that is the reason why I purchased but, there is NO ZOOM contacted the company to a response on that would be nice if they were digital zoom and no can’t use.Apart from that nice setup, quiet, cameras do pan and tilt

Very easy to i stall, the cable connections are so good,easy and weather proof. The picture quality is superb with settings for cameras to track motion. Motion is highlighted on the HD playback. Fantastic system at a fantastic price. AAA+
