Mmmm, soy in liquid form. What a great idea. It has lots of sodium and it tastes good. It works well in place of solid salt and it's a great base as a marinade for tofu, if you want to make baked tofu, and I know that you do. It's very salty. Please note that their serving size is a teaspoon. If you're comparing it to soy sauce, they usually list their serving as a tablespoon, so multiply Bragg's teaspoon by 3 to get the equivalent sodium per tablespoon, if you're watching your salt intake, which I would also recommend, if I were your doctor, which I'm not. That said, you usually use less Bragg's than soy sauce, so maybe it's not a cut and dry comparison. Anyway, it's decent and we've been using it for years, and we turned out fine, right?

Love this stuff and tend to go through a LOT of it. Best value per ounce I could find at the time I bought it, and it was received in perfect condition which I'm grateful for because I was a little nervous based on the other reviews. I'm thinking they must have fixed their packaging problem because mine were nice and protected in a box with those plastic large air bubble things. :o) I mix this with some white vinegar plus either olive or rapeseed oil to make the best tasting salad dressing on the planet (in my opinion lol) - it's nice and clean tasting/feeling and with NO SUGAR!! You ever look at salad dressings they have so much sugar it's crazy. I also put a splash of this combo when making my savory green smoothies (i call them liquid salads lol). This can also be used to help flavor soups and broths also, especially delicious for all kinds of Asian based ones! To me, while this may be made from soy and is salty but not near as bad as soy sauce, I think that the flavor is just slightly different and tons more delicious and clean!! A friend of mine compared this stuff to something called Maggi, although I've never tasted it but I hear it too is delicious.

We use this. It is saltier than regular soy sauce. Not sure of any health benefits. I was happy to find a less expensive source than the natural food store.

This takes the place of salt in the preparation of vegetables. The bottles do not break when dropped as those purchased were made of plastic. The taste is very good and can be substituted for soy sauce. No more than a cap full will season a 2 quart boiling pot of green veggies. Exercise your choice to taste.

I absolutely love this product but every time I’ve received it, the tops have been broken and the liquid is spilled out in the package! Amazon, please do a better job packaging this product!

Firstly, the three 32 ounce plastic bottles arrived intact, in spite of being in a box with no padding. Second, be aware that this flavorful soy sauce is salty. Very salty. You cannot use as much of it as you are accustomed to being able to use with other say sauces. We were floored by the concentrated saltiness of the flavor and had to caution ourselves to use less. This is the one aspect that renders this product less viable as a substitute for other soy sauces. Apart from this, you are getting a flavorful and healthful seasoning; it just needs to be used with moderation.
