I got this supplement mainly for vitamin D3 and K2, that I use regularly but it also has some nice additions such as zinc, magnesium, selenium and reishi mushrooms. It is even more beneficial for the health. I need to take just one easy to swallow capsule. I don't have any negative side effects or aftertaste.

I've been taking this NuEthix supplement and all has been well. They are easy to swallow, tasteless and seem to be a good value as they added mushroom and other minerals to fortify this supplement.My daughter studied botany, sells various mushroom supplements and mentioned to me that the reishi mushroom used by this company is grown on rice. Rice flour is listed on the ingredients. She said this type of reishi product is not the highest quality vs the actual stem of the reishi mushroom but it's still beneficial.I'm still happy with this product as it's made in the USA and I'm doing well with it.

I live in an area that doesn’t get a lot of sun. I’ve been taking this for about 3 weeks now and feel great. I really like the additional vitamins mixed in as most D+K vitamins I get only have those two in them. I really feel solid and will buy this in the future. The pills are easy to swallow and I don’t taste anything or have any strange after tastes. Can’t recommend this higher.

Most people are deficient in Vit D because of our indoor, low sun lifestyles. This supplement offers 5000 IU of vit D which is a good maintenance dose for folks. Think this supplement also has a bunch of other ingredients, you can't mega dose the Vit D like some people should to elevate low levels.The other ingredients are useful to take, but I prefer taking each supplement separately. The inclusion of vit K goes well with vit D, however vit C, magnesium, Zinc and selenium feel like they were going for a multivitamin, or essential nutrients supplement.The 60 ct bottle was $24 when I ordered it, and each serving is 1 capsule. A 2 months supply seems pretty convenient considering what this supplement includes. The gel caps are easy to swallow and had no taste or other noticeable features.

Easy to take, D3 good for winter

I am excited to only be taking ONE pill this morning instead of 5! I have been prescribed D3 cholecalciferol by my Dr to correct Vitamin D deficiency. I also have osteopenia, as well as prediabetes, and research shows that taking K2 can help to send calcium to the bones instead of where it is not needed like the arteries. Magnesium also works synergistically and is needed with D 3. This also may be immune boosting not only because of the D (low D levels are linked to lowered immunity as well heightened cortisol and even higher blood glucose), but due in part to the addition of vitamin C, selenium, and reishi. This supplement uses good-quality versions of these vitamins and minerals that are highly absorbable. I am not a Dr, but I do read studies a lot, as well as take these normally separately. I am excited to have them all in one easy to swallow capsule.
