Buyer Beware!
Do not buy this product! Not only does it not work but the company does not answer any phone calls at all. Customer service - no answer! Sales - no answer! Accounting - no answer! Ridiculous! Returning ! I wish I could give it zero stars.

An expensive unreliable machine. We cannot extract data reliably. The help desk can take days to get back with you.
