Great piece of equipment
I love this. It's an extremely simple but effective way to train your forearms. In only a week or so of having this my forearms have grown noticeabley and my wife has commented on them.

Eden at only 10kg you get a nice little workout on whatever the muscle is called.
Excellent quality. Very easy to use. I'll start off light and then I'll take on Devon in 10 years haha. Excellent training tool to have and very affordable.

Fine for bespoke exercises
It's got a really thick chunky strap, with thick stitching in the middle, and a metal ring at the end. U can see what it's meant to be used for from the images. It can also be used for more bespoke exercises like hammer curls, or hamstring curls. Because the strap is so thick, it's quite difficult to push through 1 in plates, but it would fit easily in an Olympic plate holes. Metal ring is long enough and wide enough so that it doesn't slip through, and it can also be used to attach carabiners.
