I have a mg scale. Ive measured 1/8tsp at consistently 375mg so 1/4tsp would be 750mg. Hope this helps.

Benfotiamine is the only ingredient. It is a precursor to B1 (thiamine), and converts to it. It is much more bioavailable than thiamine.
