Abracadabra Trumpet (Pupil's Book): The way to learn through songs and tunes (Abracadabra Brass)

This makes for a good starter book. You need to have the basic understanding of note positioning & reading of the notes first ( I printed chart off internet), then co-ordinated the two together.

I’m a trained musician and I thought , yuck! Tunes! But this book has not been boring. I’m the worlds worst trumpet player, but this book has helped me progress, little by little.

Light weight good for kids school bag.

Great for beginners. It does help if you have some music theory knowledge already but there are lots of free videos and websites to learn.

This book takes a very progressive approach and so it’s really useful for beginners. I don’t have a teacher but am playing well and enjoying trumpet after only a few months; this book helped a lot.
