Underpowered cpu with awful graphics card. Cannot be used as a monitor only, so you are stuck with its crappy cpu.

I bought the 512Gb windows 10 intel i7 version of a 32" touchscreen monitor. For starters the monitor comes with ZERO documentation or manuals. Nothing about the power use of the monitor, the UL certification (required by law), or anything about warranty. Fine. I've used computers before. Turn it on. Logs into "Administrator" profile by default. Wait a minute... when you get a new copy of Windows, it greets you and asks you to set up your preferences and set a password. This didn't do that. It's already set up - did someone else set up a password already? Do they still have access to this device remotely? No way to tell for sure since you can literally edit the registry to hide such things from the user. They could have a software keylogger installed on this device (it's from China, it's not far-fetched to worry) that steals your passwords. Since I didn't go through genuine windows setup, I can't know for sure. Speaking of "Genuine" --- When I tried to change some settings (like auto-hiding the taskbar) windows tells me I can't do that until I update my product key with a valid one, as there's no product key installed. Wait, you mean to tell me They sell this for a ton of money with no copy of windows installed with a genuine product key??? I could have selected between either Windows 10 or Windows 11. Selecting Windows 11 costs a good deal more. I'm betting that would come without a license key too! So just what is TouchWo charging extra for between these two versions? This is sneaky. If I install a fresh copy of Windows myself, I'm worried it might not recognize the hardware and I'll have to spend hours chasing down proper drivers to get it to work correctly. My solution is going to be to image the hard drive with Macrium Drive Image software and then attempt a fresh install (after I buy a new GENUINE copy of Windows 10 or 11) - that way if the new install doesn't work at least I can restore to the original setup as I received it. Until I do so, I will NOT be logging into ANY of my personal accounts that utilize passwords that are for my real things. I do not trust a Windows Install that I haven't setup personally and didn't go through the standard FIRST BOOT greeting and setup. Pretty disappointed for a product that is over $1000.
