Having been diagnosed with at risk of Type 2 diabetes I have taken up home exercise. An hour on cross trainer and an hour doing weights. Bought there as I wanted different weight for different muscles but not having much room. They give instant weight change in a compact holder frame. They are bigger than a normal dumb bell but you quickly get used to varying the exercise method to easily adapt to them. Made from solid metal, with a plastic holder. The holder has lugs that allow for plate changes so must be used to not only store the weights but to allow adjustment, and the dial on the hand grip is easy to rotate. Having a easy to read scale its quick and robust. I have full confidence in them not falling apart in use due to the design and have a simple easy plate release should there be any issues when picked up. The box they were delivered in was robust thick cardboard with well made polystyrene formed liner to well protect the weight. Each in its own box so not too heavy to carry and no damage. I believe the price is good for these weights.

The product comes split into 4 boxes and there was a delay in the 4th box arriving. The seller was super helpful and offered to replace the 4th box, which incidentally arrived before I had agreed to the replacement so that was good. The dumbbells themselves come in a cradle each, a that makes them easier to shift round the room that I use to work out. The mechanism is smooth and the increments are just about right - not too big, not too small. The grip is good and works well with the lifting pads I wear, the item is compact enough to slide into a corner and saves space. Would recommend then rather than having a whole rack of 2-40kg dumbbells.

Possibly the best home fitness equipment i've ever bought, wish I'd got this sooner. Space saving and feels really sturdy with a good range of weights to cycle through, drops sets with this are really easy to do. I do still use a pair of fixed weight dumbbells alongside it as there is quite a gap in the lower weights so quite a jump (2kg -> 7kg -> 10kg) if you're planning on using it on smaller muscles that need a lighter weight but for bigger compound or already established lifts this is great

There's lots of similar adjustable dumbbells on the market. These have the advantage of a single twistgrip to select the weight. Seems like a lot less faff that having to turn two dials and match them up, such as the more expensive BowFlex. In practice this works fine and means you can lower the dumbbell into the carrier, twist the grip to select a new weight, and then raise all in one simple one-handed movement. Like all adjustable dumbbells of this type, you do need to treat them with care, not dropping them. Placing the dumbbell back into the carrier has to be done slowly and with care, especially when the disks are not fitting into adjacent slots. If you're someone who is heavy-handed, likes to throw weights around, or works out frequently or in a rush, these are maybe not suited. There are 2 issues that stop this being a really good dumbbell: 1. They are long and awkward, and on some excercises are difficult to maneouver, 2. They are unbalanced. What I mean by this is that the Center of Gravity is offset from the centerline of the dumbbell. This seems to be down to the weight selector mechanism that is at the top. It is most noticeable at the smaller weights. What this means is that when you pick the dumbbell up it wants to twist in your hand. For fly and pull-ups this can feel awkward, for bench press and shoulder press the offset actually stabalizes the weight in your hand. So it can be a bit weird to get used to. It would be nicer if the weight was centralized but I guess that's the trade-off for having adjustable weights. Overall a really good product and works well.

This is a brilliant thing and such a space saver! Very easy to change the weight when need to increase or drop a set! Best thing is ever invested in.

I bought 2 dumbbells, one for each hand (The Amazon listing is a single dumbbell.) One of the smallest weights always fell of one dumbbell and one of the second smallest weights fell of the other dumbbell, unless they had an adjacent weight selected. This is Dangerous as it could fall on your head or your foot or elsewhere. All the weights had significant movement relative to the handle and the two weights which repeatedly fell off, had the button to hold them in place deployed but could be slid back on the dumbbell when the weights fell off. (Only to fall back off again.) Personally I think that one weight on one dumbbell not working may be bad luck, but to me problems with both dumbbells indicates a problem with the design or manufacture. I bought different adjustable dumbbells on Amazon which are working fine. I asked to return the two dumbbells I bought on amazon as they were both faulty. Weights repeatedly fell of both dumbbells, even though the dumbbells were correctly adjusted. Yaheetech accepted the return and I packaged the dumbbells and took them to a EVRI shop. The EVRI shop let me print the single label but would not accept the return as it was too heavy. (Two 12.5KG dumbbells weigh 25KG.)The shop told me to get EVRI to pick up the package. I could not find a way to request EVRI pick up the package, so I paid EVRI to pick up the heaviest package size they accepted. I also paid them an over weight fee. It is showing as delivered on the EVRI website. Yaheetech have not contacted me since it was delivered. (My screenshot was taken on 8 April)

These dumbbells are exactly what I needed for my home gym. The adjustable design is super convenient – one set replaces multiple weights, which saves so much space.
