I wanted to buy this butter churn set because I had been interested in homesteading. The churn was easy to use. Put in your cream and churn churn away, it did take a lot longer than I thought it would take to make butter and also my arm got a bit tired after chiming but that’s the fun part of this butter churner, to use your elbow greasy, it was good quality . The churning handle was stainless steel and durable and it came with a nice set of silicon butter molds. The size of the mason jar was perfect for at least 8 butter molds. This will last me quite a long time. Love this product! Highly recommend!

I spent far too much time tryingvto make this work. I work it for 20ish minutes for 4 days in a row and it never even turned the cream into whipped cream. I have been making my own butter in my kitchen aid mixer for almost a year but it makes a big mess. I thought I would try this curb hoping it would decrease the mess only to find out it was far from with the effort. Cleaning a mess up was far more convenient and far quicker than using this item. It might be a great learning tool to show kids how cream is made but useless to provide a source of homemade butter.

OK, so my husband got this for me as a gift! It actually works really well and makes making butter fun and easy. We usually sit around and take turns churning it while we are watching a movie and even get the kids involved! It.is really easy to clean (stick it in the dishwasher) and is a great value for the money.

I love making my own butter from the cream of raw milk. Fun and easy to do!

This is more for a learning experience for children. It could be a good item for preppers. I resold mine on the local homeschool network and will use an electric mixer.
