About 24hrs into putting it together since arrival so still needs to fluff up a bit but this couch is better than I thought it would be. It's cute, firm, and fits perfectly in my living room. It was a very easy installation, I put it together without looking at the instructions.. I originally was hesitant purchasing because it looked very small based on other reviews but now that I have it in my space I can say I'm glad I purchased. It is actually bigger and sturdier than I thought. I definitely would purchase this again in another color based of both the quality and price.

LOVE this couch!!! We received it in three long but narrow boxes. The couch was REALLY easy to put together, It’s super soft, and is actually really sturdy!! I was hesitant as this is my first furniture piece from Amazon, but I’m impressed! It’s definitely not a top notch couch, but it’s definitely worth the money so far! The only reason I’m giving 4 stars and not 5 is because the armrests and back cushions are not very full/comfortable as they aren’t as padded at the seats. But that’s an easy fix with getting a few bags of Polly fill and adding to each cushion! It does sit a little lower than most couches, but it’s not terrible at all! All in all I’d definitely recommend getting this couch for anyone looking for something comfortable but not too pricey!🙂

Okay, overall the couch is great for the price. The setup was pretty easy and quick and I did it alone. (Female) The couch itself is very soft and looks amazing. It is low to the ground and the back cushions are not super sturdy but we have ours against the wall so that doesn’t matter much. The cushions move A LOT so we had to buy some Velcro strips and that helps a lot. As for the delivery, oh man I would give 0 stars for that. First and foremost my couch came super quick and only 2/3 boxes came. I waited for the third box before even trying to set it up because of the return policy. They shipped me 1 box that was the completely wrong couch. Wrong color and fabric. Their customer service is terrible. They take DAYS to respond to one single message so my problem took almost 2 weeks to resolve! They ended up sending the correct one after weeks of back and forth and then ignoring me until Amazon stepped in. They told me to keep the other couch part and dispose of it myself since I wasn’t able to bring it anywhere. I mean that’s cool and all but I just am going to donate it because there’s barely enough parts for it to be beneficial to me. Couch is super pretty and super great for the price but the shipping and customer service was TERRIBLE. Would never buy from them again due to this.

Absolutely Pleased With This Couch ! I am In Total Awe ! I spent 3-4 Hrs Putting it together myself . Since it’s a 2 person assembly job and only supposed to take 30 mins but, I still got it done! And I was able to all by myself . And the couch is absolutely beautiful ! Instructions were straight forward . Simple and very helpful ! The couch holds a good weight quality and my fiancée/ husband and I are both bigger people so this fits perfectly for us with our weight supporting us . ! It’s comfortable! Does not sag ! Does not creak , At first for the price I was a little hesitant . Because usually couches are so much more expensive. This was so much worth the money For my first ever couch I personally ever bought boy am I ever happy ! And pleased ! It’s amazing . Those that wrote negative reviews about this couch I’m sorry they had negative experiences. Fortunately I had nothing but good ones In my case . So I’m thankful on that . The pillow and the backrest back pillows (cushions ) are perfectly fine to me ! No issues there and my man absolutely loves it and was so proud of me . I am a woman who is more girly who does make up and into fashion and hair . Then being able to put furniture and things together . And the fact I could even put this together says a lot and he was quite surprised and proud ! Great product ! I highly recommend!!!

I got the U shaped sectional and it did come in two boxes! I got nervous because only one box (box was labeled box 1 of 2) came and my order said delivered and I was wondering where the second box was but it came the next day. Assembly was easy and couch puffed up nicely for the seat cushions. Back cushions could definitely be puffier but for the price all you need is some polyfil or good couch cushions! It looks really nice, quality of the fabric is good and it is very soft. It’s a good fit for our apartment.

On a whim we decided to buy a new couch. We checked everywhere and there really wasn't anything in the color we wanted. Until this very soft, easy to clean, spacious and unbelievably comfortable sectional shown up in my feed for Amazon. The quality is unparalleled. We can fit some storage units under the sectional due to its storage capacity which created a lot more space in the living room.

Pieces went together fine. Easy to assemble. Took 3 full days for the cushions to "fill up". Cushions are not very, Cushiony. The back cushions are always falling flat/down, I think they need the same Velcro as the seat cushions do to keep them in place. The end cushions are very lopsided in that if you sit on the end of the couch, you will lean into the rest of the couch, and I am a very light person. Couch is not completely uncomfortable, but it is not very comfortable either. If you spend a lot of time on your couch, don't get this, if you only occasionally use your couch, then it is not so bad. The arm rests are pretty much useless. They are flat and a pain to get zippered into place. But..... This is a cheap couch, doesn't cost much, so my expectations were not high to begin with. I have 2 dogs and 3 cats, that pretty much destroy any and all furniture and they use it more than me. I think I bought them a couch. The back is also very low, so if you don't plan on putting it up against a wall and using another pillow for the rest of your back, avoid this one. Gave it 3 stars because it is pretty much what it said in the description and like I said, I didn't have high expectations anyway.

No excelente producto, de muy buena calidad. Tamaño, calidad, diseño etc. Sin duda, la recomiendo ampliamente.
