Improved cholesterol bloodwork!
Significant improvement in bloodwork after using this daily for the last 3 months. Take 2 tabs with breakfast. Also take 2 Berberine when I wake up, about half hour before eating breakfast. My LDL improved from 80 to 57 with no other changes to lifestyle and eating (still maintaining a healthy duet and regular exercise).
