An impressive read
The book in a nutshell is saying that in order to be happy, you need to put others first and yourself second. We intrinsically have the want to put others first and we find a longer lasting happiness when others around us are happy too. We are too selfish and negative at times. If we break common misconceptions such as others being offended to talking to us, we are missing out on opportunities to be happy, connecting with others. We are born with a dependency. We need social interactions. Secluding oneself can have benefits but actively being social not only boosts your mental wellbeing but also the people around you.

Great readable book!
This book helps you to understand how important HAPPINESS is and how to go about achieving it. I particularly like the exercises at the end of each chapter. Well presented Bruce - as although “science” based it is easy for us “lay folk”to understand!
