I absolutely love Ultraloq! This is a welcome addition to my smart home. i consider this one of the best options out there. I plan on buying them for every door. Works seamlessly with Alexa. I can lock and unlock anytime I want, at home or away. The app is nice and reliable. it lets me know who unlocks the door. My favorite feature is that it automatically detects when I come home and unlocks the door for a brief period for me to enter. Makes taking groceries in a breeze. No keys required, just your phone. If you don't have your phone, you can input your code on a lit keypad or use your fingerprint. Easy to install, looks good and works great. Oh yeah, probably a feature you didn't know you need: it takes four AA batteries. Some locks require charging via usb-c port. Very inconvenient. Ultraloq is ahead of the game in every way. I did my research and landed on this. This is their premium model. If you think it's expensive(it isn't), you can opt for a lower model and I can guarantee you will be happy.

This is such a convenient lock, easy to use, and u-tec’s customer service is truly exceptional. Product review - I bought 3 of these for my new home, one for front door, side door, and garage door. The fingerprint works well, auto-lock with sensor is very accurate and sensitive, and the lock is good quality and looks great. I love that the app is easy to use. You can set up profiles with unique unlock codes, and it keeps a history of who opened the door at what time. Customer service - I’m truly impressed by their customer service. One of my sensors broke off the door frame so I went to look for a replacement on their website. I added the sensor to my shopping cart but didn’t check out. Noticing that I left something in shopping cart, u-tec actually contacted me to see if I have any questions regarding the item. I explained my situation and they ended up sending me a replacement under warranty! They asked me for my order confirmation and made the whole process very easy for me. This is my first time experiencing customer service to the level the provided. I highly recommend this product, and truly so thankful for u-tec’s proactiveness. They know how to make a customer happy!

I have used these locks since they came out. I am glad that they started using the SC1 key instead of the KW1. I rekeyed them to my other locks just in case of a battery failure. In the 5+ years I've been using them I've never been locked out, i have had to use a key a few times though but that why i picked these locks. The proximity, wireless, code options, fingerprint, battery backup features are all the selling points i was looking for in a lock. The security is top notch. I have installed many, many locks and this is by far the best built lock that is "smart".

Easy to install and set up. The unit is well made and seems durable. I bought a second unit after receiving the first one. The fingerprint recognition is an excellent feature. The ability to assign multiple users is also very useful. The wi-fi connectivity is reliable. Unfortunately the second one was not working properly. Not an issue, a quck call to customer service and within 2 days I had a fully functional replacement unit. Recomend not only the product but the company for being responsive.

The smart lock itself seems too be working great. We've only had it for about two weeks so far, with minimal use, as we haven't moved in yet. Today when trying to leave, the door knob would no longer turn. It was not locked, as the doorknob itself doesn't have a lock. It simply would no longer turn. We had to take it off the door and pry out the latch to be able to leave. I would not recommend buying this version with the door knob. Unless you enjoy spontaneous escape room experiences. *update: returned. We tried to get help from the company but they didn't offer a solution. They asked for the serial number, etc. multiple times despite us giving them all the information. We went round and round and then gave up and ordered something else.

Installation was straightforward. Did not include option for round door openings in the jamb. Programming was finicky but overall works 90% of the time on first try. Keys are weird, making them impossible to duplicate. Only two fingerprints per user. Good option if you don’t have a home hub.

The ULTRALOQ U-Bolt WiFi SmartLock is a great product for doors where you don’t want to have to have a key to get in (a basement door where you’re going in and out throughout the day). I have two basement doors and had one ULTRALOQ for a few months. The product worked so well I bought another one and installed it immediately. You can set your own passcodes to keep it all simple. I strongly recommend this product.

I just installed it yesterday. It appears to be solidly made. I purchased this lock primarily for it's reputation for accuracy when it comes to reading fingerprints and so far it has performed flawlessly. It's automatically engaging the lock a few minutes after the door is shut is also appreciated.
