Great clean pre-workout! I usually workout in the afternoon so didn't want something with caffeine. This works great and makes me feel "energized". Flavor is amazing too. Only downside is the packaging - the re-sealable part doesn't work. When it arrives you have to tear off the top, but then you can't re-seal it closed because the powder is all over/inside the seal. So I have to fold over the top and use a clip to keep it closed.

My energy and focus is steady without the crash, and the ingredient profile looks clean and well-formulated. I’ve been using it before morning workouts and definitely feel more dialed in. Plus no dramatic “tingly” sensations. My only small complaint is the packaging. It comes in a pouch, which isn’t super convenient for daily use. A scoop inside is helpful, but it’s a little annoying to reseal compared to a tub because the powder will get in the seal creases. Not a dealbreaker, just something to be aware of. Overall, great value and performance. I’d buy it again — hopefully in a more user-friendly container next time.

I love the ingredients, no sugar and no Sucralose. I enjoy the strawberry lemon flavor which is slightly tart. I find the packaging to be clever. It takes up less space and the Velcro closure works well. As much as I wanted to love the product. It does not work for me. I love caffeine and don’t mind the tingle from pre workout, but this made me straight up sick. I was sweaty and it bothered my stomach even though I had a snack with it. It did not improve my energy, just made me feel gross. The worst part was the crash. It somehow made me feel more tired than I would’ve been without it. Awful. Don’t waste your money.

Tastes good, and seems healthy, but doesn’t really do much. I use 2 scoops and don’t feel anything.

I've tried many clean pre workouts and this one is in my top 3 favorites! simple clean ingredients and works very well. I don't get that jittery or overwhelming feeling when using Promix. The flavor is pretty good, a bit sour and not sweet but I don't mind that. I also like that it comes with a long scooper so you don't have to go digging around for it. I like that the serving size is 2 scoops for 200mg caffeine so on days when I don't need that much i use one scoop!

This pre-workout tastes amazing! It definitely works and gives you the “itch” and jitter feeling - but that’s how I know it’s working. I feel very energized and ready for my workouts. It mixes well in just a shaker bottle and I would highly recommend. It is not chalky in texture when drinking. I can see a visible pump after using it and a perk is that it is made with clean and simple ingredients which is very important to me!
