Good device so far
Works for the LG 55UM7400PLB So far works well, comfy to hold, makes it easier to scroll with the wheel thing. In regards to the bottom buttons, only disney and prime work. But otherwise works well. Very easy to set up! The voice controls work well too

Everything works. Magic Remote.
Perfect replacement and allusions to pro great. Including the Magic Pointer. Just read the setup instructions and you’ll be good to go. Great quality, same as original.

A good replacement remote
First impressions are quite good. It looks fairly durable and feels similar to the original LG remote. After installing some batteries the television recognised it straight away making set very easy. The biggest problem for me is the main round button. Unlike the original LG remote it makes a loud clicking noise every time you use it. Also, the magic pointer sometimes seems to have a mind of its own jumping all over the screen. The voice control works as it should. Overall, I’m fairly satisfied although I do feel it was a little pricey for a third-party product.

Really pleased with purchase. Arrived next day. The remote specifically mentioned compatibility with our TV and this was correct. Easy to pair up. Batteries inserted, TV turned on with remote, then message on screen to press round button in middle and that was it! It seems just like the remote purchased with the TV.

Will still work with earlier model of ultra HD LG TV but Disney and Rakuten buttons will not work
Great remote connection was instant so easy to install. Very happy customer Disney+ and Rakuten buttons don't work but this is due to my bedroom LG TV being an older model and the old magic remote only having netflix and prime on them. Both prime and Netflix buttons work perfectly and all the rest of the remote control works very smoothly worth the money

Awful
Terrible.. does not do what you want it to. The arrows do not work properly and the mouse takes over.

No magic pointer but does the job
Works - does the job. You do however lose the hand-wave/pointer functionality since this is really an unofficial generic remote. if I had to do it again i would spend more and buy the official one from LG vs this one - thus the three stars. if your TV doesn’t support the magic pointer, this remote is adequate.

I needed a new remote after one of the directional buttons came loose and fell off the original one for my TV. I didn't have to manually pair the remote to the TV, i just put in batteries and I turned the TV on with it and a message popped up saying it was registering the remote. The shortcut buttons for Disney + and Prime and Netflix work. I had a shortcut set for YouTube on the TV through a button on the old remote and the TV picked that up with the new remote immediately without setting it up again.
