Nice Stomp Box, but major operational issues.
I bought this pedal a few weeks ago and have tried everything to find it a useful addition, but frankly it has 2 major failures and unfortunately I have had to return it for a refund. So, lets start with the positives, It has many many overdrive configurations, some are really quite good, some are awful and some simply dont work all, that said on the "sound" side its overall very good, well made and easy to operate. The downside of this Pedal is 2 fold, but these affect its overall operation and its affect on other pedals in a line, also the Amp its going through. It has no on off switch, so, if you want to switch to another pedal you can only put the unit in tuner mode , it cannot be unplugged for obvious reasons. Lets say we put it in tuner mode allowing other pedals to operate, there is a sound loss of 20% through the Amp so any bypass attempt does not truly work, If on the other hand you wish to use this pedal on its own and then switch to your clean amp the power loss is significant. In conclusion I would say it needs redesigning to allow true bypass and a button to switch the unit off, if this can be achieved then it stands a chance.

Like most pedals, this one's sound will vary depending on what amp or preamp it is plugged into. With the right combination the pedal sounds great. On some patches, adding one of the built-in EQ's after the effect can really help fine tune the tone. I found the pedal great for live use, and recording (running the pedal into a guitar preamp, then into the DAW interface).

You can't not like (love) this unit! Crammed-packet with wonderful effects! No noise, just audiophile quality through and through! You can buy multiples of these units to treat stereo/4-channel guitars! They are THAT good and THAT inexpensive (cheap) $$! Maybe these other pedal builders need to take note!

In terms of the sounds available, this is one terrific pedal. Pretty much anything in the Boost-Overdrive-Distortion-Fuzz categories can be found here. There is a downside for new users: It takes a while to learn how to use one of these if you haven’t used one before, it’s a unique system. It has a 60 page manual for a reason. And if you are familiar with these pedals, you will find the operation familiar, but you may be disappointed by one feature- There are just two effects per patch in each of the 250 patches. I think a pedal like this should have four: a gate or noise reduction, then a boot or OD, A distortion or fuzz, and another noise reducer or other effect. But man! For the going price, you can’t beat this!

Great pedal, I was looking for something like this for years. I play mostly dry (no effects) and this is perfect. If you're looking for just overdrives and distortion, don`t think twice. great pedal and easy to use... AAA++++

It's a multi-tool for those that want multiple drives for their pedalboard. As a standalone pedal, it may sound like all effects listed sound the same but it is not. This pedal should properly be used with a good amp, an IR/Cab Simulator, or directly to DAW. It surely will halt the need to purchase for different drives and the good part about it is that it is worth every penny.
