Definitely worth getting. Lots of videos and articles out there debating the benefits of grounding. You won't know until you try it for yourself. I love using mine and I have much better quality sleep using the grounding sheet and pillowcase.

Fortunately my husband is an electrician with a multimetre. Based on previous reviews we checked the readings, as there's no alternative way to know whether the cable works once plugged in to the sheet. An included leaflet confirms that all electrics have been tested prior to shipping, which cannot be the case! Additionally, these will not be made to UK standards, so in this instance you pay for what you get. Requested a refund.

Instructions says that all elements have been quality tested and are operational, it also suggests that we use a multi meter to test the components. The cable does not work, as shown in the photo. We tested the ground sheet itself and as you can see from the video it works, however the grounding sheet is useless without the cable. I would respectfully request you, the supplier to send me a cable that has been tested and works. I’m giving a very generous 3 stars - I will review again once the cable is received and the grounding sheet is in full operational order.

Excellent sheet better than a far more famous brand. Lovely to sleep on. Helped my inflammation and burning feet. No more backache. Deeper and quicker to fall asleep. Try it.

I found positive reaction to the sheet, I always wake feeling tired, heavy achy all over, and wake after 2 hrs to go to loo, since the first night sleeping on this sheet, I have reduced aches in the morning I feel energised, and sleeping 4 hrs before waking for the loo, my husband has had some improvement, he suffers from RLS he sleeps more. Moves his legs a lot less, showing definite change for the better, all I can say is try this. It's amazing..

Its a difficult thing to review. I'll start with the positives. The material is soft and not at all scratchy. I expected it to be due to the threads. It washed well and fits perfectly flat onto a king size bed. Now for the difficult bit. I got it 8 weeks post major abdominal surgery. I wasnt sleeping well and had lots of aches and pains. 2 weeks later i sleep better and i wake up brighter. It could be coincidence. It could be a placebo affect or i could just be recovering better. In honesty i cant say its the grounding sheet and i cant say its not. I will still use it because at the end of the day it is not doing any harm

I have ADHD and I’m menopausal so frequently suffer with chronic insomnia. I bought this pillow case and sheet as I was feeling desperate. So, after a few nights I started sleeping better and started to feel refreshed, then suddenly my insomnia returned with a vengeance. After 3 nights of no sleep I went to change my sheets and discovered the electrical plug had come out of the socket!! This would be my own doing when my grandson got in with me!! Plugged it back in and I’m sleeping soundly again. I’m so amazed I really didn’t think it would be that great but it is!!
