The chicharrones are a great size very crunchy not hard definitely fresh and crispy. I definitely recommend these worth the wait and price. Chili Lime is the best
Chili lime are the best. Plenty of seasoning. Some very hard and inedible rinds. Otherwise, perfect and delicious. Only eating these due to diet restrictions, the flavor is out of this world.

Stale with no flavor, or stale with way too much heat.
I have bought these pork rinds/chicharrones hundreds of times from truck stops I stop by. The problem is they are always sold out. I figured I would just buy a case instead. I am glad I didn’t buy 2 or three cases at first. I have opened two different bags since receiving a case of the hot and spicy. The first bag was stale and had so much spice on it I could not eat it. The second bag was also stale with no crunch. The other problem with the second bag was it had absolutely no seasoning on it either. Not a speck. Not sure what is going on with this company, but the quality control sucks. It’s been pretty consistent buying in the stores, but the first case I bought is horrible!

Very soft, puffy and airy, not dense and crunchy as I had hoped. But not bad if you like your pork rinds that way.
