GABA in my case helps me to fall asleep faster then taking nothing. It's definitely worth a try.

Terrific product and company, with a cGMP facility and CoAs on its website, its the liposomal gaba winner. Only problem is that the dosage is pretty low. This company should put 1000mg in, and unlike genogna, we know where this is coming from

this product does not work at all. do not buy it, it is an empty product. zero effect, even by increasing the dosage you get zero effect, I have been drinking GABA for a long time from different manufacturers and wanted to try this one and I understand the difference and can compare this product absolutely does not work

It's interesting to me that the general consensus here seems to be that this is a rather low dosage at 300 mg, but for me it's the highest dosage I've ever taken, as I've never taken Gaba at more than 100 mg at a time! I've never used a powdered liposome form of it before, and since that's supposed to help it stay in your system longer, even though I'm not noticing any stronger an effect at 300 mg than I did with the 100 mg sublingual versions I took before, I'm hoping that it may have a more sustained, even if gentler, effect. I will probably experiment with taking a couple at a time at some point to see how I feel. In the meantime, this product is third party tested, which is very important to me as far as quality assurance, and of course it's also manufactured in a GMP facility, so even if it is a little bit pricey, I am content in knowing that it is of high quality.

I have been using these supplements for about a month and now and they have been easy to swallow. I have been taking these with another supplement from Renue and so far they have been working well together. I havent had any negative effects and it was easy to add to my daily routine. Theres enough for 3 months in the bottle making tmit good value. I would gladly buy these again when I run out.

A family member is taking this as part of the Yasko protocol and it has significantly helped in making their mood better they are overall happier . Sleep is a tad better when falling asleep but used in conjunction with Resveratol these have also helped balance Glutamate levels resulting in better energy. Highly recommended

I've been experimenting with using this as part of my nighttime routine. I often have trouble dropping to sleep right away so have wanted to try a few different things that might help with this. Overall, results have been positive but not yet conclusive. It seems to have some impact but since I'm also trying a few other things (reducing caffeine, screen break before bed, etc) it's difficult to say that it's definitely having the most impact. Happy to keep trying though since it doesn't seem to be having anu negative impact.

This is a Renue by Science product I've tried in the past for a few months, and I did see a noticeable improvement in my ability to fall asleep - nothing dramatic, but enough that I think I can attribute it to this supplement. In the past I've also tried taking other GABA supplements but I actually didn't see an affect until I tried this one - it could be because of the lipsomal delivery system in this product. I take two capsules instead of the recommended one capsule (one capsule didn't seem to make much difference but when I took two it was more noticeable), so that would make this a 45 day supply for me. I know there are cheaper alternatives out there but I like the peace of mind knowing this brand has a good reputation.

It's proven that gaba in the brain has positive effects on nerves etc, though what's unproven is whether or not gaba as a supplement is in any way useful, its not clear if it can even cross the blood brain barrier. In saying that My wife feels these strongly help with anxiety, though i have no idea how much of this is placebo. 3 stars, im not convinced!
