Meguiar’s Ultimate Wheel Cleaner doesn’t just clean — it interrogates your wheels and gets every last speck of filth to confess. I sprayed this stuff on, and within seconds my alloys looked like they were starring in a crime thriller. The formula turns purple as it works, which is both satisfying and slightly alarming — like it’s bleeding out every poor life decision your car’s ever made. The results? Stunning. My wheels looked showroom-fresh, like they’d just rolled out of a Fast & Furious montage. No scrubbing needed unless your wheels have been through war (or you live near a volcano). It’s safe on finishes too — no sketchy residue or dulling effects. Just shiny, smug-looking rims that scream, “Yes, I care about my car. And yes, I probably moisturise too.” The only downside? I now stare at my wheels more than the road. Use with caution if you have a tendency to become obsessed with shiny things. It works really well, however like others, it leaks on every spray and you end up with more on the bottle and your hands. I probably won't buy it again unless the bottle was improved as the product itself is very good.

Abit pricey but does a very good job. After 2 weeks of use on my tyres they still look black and glossy.

Amazing stuff. Very strong smelling and you can see it get to work. Works best when agitated to a thick foam with a wheel brush before rinsing. Wheels are left spotless and shining.

Meguiars is definitely one of my favourite brands, as all of their products seem to hit the mark. My car goes to car shows regularly and this is one of my go to products. I am often complimented on how clean my wheels look - a feat considering these are original 22 year old rims. The product is so easy to use - just spray generously on each rim before the initial rinse and watch it turn purple! If your wheels are very dirty, it's worth agitating with a wheel brush just to make sure you catch every layer of dirt, but generally I dont need to bother with this. I then rinse the product off during my inital rinse of the car and watch the wheels come up sparkling clean!

Product itself works well but the spray on the bottle is poor and comes out like a water pistol jet, meaning you use far too much of the product because it doesn’t come out as a spray but instead a stream. Bilt Hamber spray gun is much better and a better all round product, as less is wasted given that this is not exactly cheap. Decant the contents into another spray bottle and it’s much better all round.

This cleaner is brilliant. I had black rubber marks on my alloys. So i spayed this on and left it for 5 minutes then used my magis sponge and rubbed it over each mark and the alloys came up like new again.
