Buy it, you won’t regret it!!
I got this because my TV’s tiny speakers were slowly failing. They were never great, but they were acceptable for my small space. This streambar has been a total change to watching tv. I was initially looking for a streaming system to replace my TVs reinstalled junky software. I had a ROKU player in the bedroom that was great, so I was looking at ROKU. I had previously looked at other sound bars but hookup to this tv was kinda iffy with good and bad points. I decided on this system after using the compatibility checker - tv maker and model and it tells if it works on your tv. Brilliant.Setup was fast and easy. I haven’t had any problems with it staying connected to my wifi. The sound is absolutely amazing. It’s not audiophile level, but it’s louder, clearer, and perfect if you aren’t all that into absolute perfection with sound. I’m tickled pink with this set up. I’ve run it up to full blast (100), just to see how it performs. Incredibly loud without any crackling, breakup, or other things you get with full volume. Most of the time it’s at 25-30 (or lower) for most viewing. One big thing I’ve noticed with the ROKU streaming is the tv doesn’t ever buffer like it used to on the TVs built in streaming setup. It was almost a constant daily occurrence. And the ROKU remote turns both the tv and ROKU off with one button. I did have to set up the tv separately from the ROKU. Because the tv is IR and the ROKU is radio (?) they are separate systems…but once it’s set up (easy to do) the one button does on/off for both. It’s been a couple of months now, and I’m still in awe of the quality of the sound, picture quality, and ease of use of the ROKU system.Highly recommend this streambar.

Streambar is awesome, at home and on the road.
This thing is awesome. I had a regular Roku Ultra but I wanted to use it on my computer test set up monitor. HDMI didn't give me adequate sound to the monitor. I tried an expansion box but too clumsy for my liking. Then I discovered the Streambar. Easiest set up ever. Works and sounds great. I take it when I travel. HDMI to the tv in the hotel and you're viewing the same as home. Hotel internet sucks but my hotspot on my phone works great. And the price point is great also. My only complaint is the cheap remote that comes with it. Had to upgrade but I love it.

Small and mighty
Small, mighty, solved two issues with one compact device. Please explain to me why my tv speakers are on the BACK of the TV? I have been turning the volume up to 40+. I didn't want a large bluetooth speaker device; got rid of one. My streaming device became useless after a fraud incident, and someone was holding my TV and devices for ransom. Once everything came back online, nothing worked properly. This device replaced my previous streaming device, and provided sound, in front of the TV. If I increase the sound to what I did previously, I can't stay in the room...or house for that matter. It's small and low profile. I cannot speak to sound quality, but it fits my needs perfectly, and I am very, very, pleased. After a 13 year departure from Roku, I am thrilled to return. Small learning curve, setup was relatively easy, and putzing with settings over the course of the last week. I miss the voice control of my other streaming device, but all in all, I don't think you can beat this device.

ROKU asked me how my new StreamBar SE was doing. Obviously. (why didn't you TELL me 100 char. limit?
The new StreamBar SE seems to be doing OK. Actually, it is a replacement for an older model streambar. Both it, and my two other ROKU Sticks experience extreme audio anomalies for no particular reason. Both of them would randomly just go wacko; any one of multiple experiences as if they were demon-possessed. It could be it would suddenly go extremely loud with distortion, sometimes so extreme the audio was unintelligible, Or, it would go to extremely low audio, but not to zero. Or virtually anything in between. Audio controls had no affect, so it was not the TVs. And it did not require a reboot to clear; only needed to reload the channel I was listening to. And no, it did not matter what content I was listening to. Although it did seem to happen mostly after I had been listening to a channel for some time; hours, maybe half a day.I had complained about this problem on the ROKU forum, and other people had similar problems. I know ROKU monitors these forums, and had hoped maybe they would be magnanimous enough to offer a replacement with a new model of the Sticks, at least. But no, just crickets. Before I replaced the StreamBar, I tested out an Amazon Fire Stick, but I hated it. Poor format, plus could not get one of my prepaid subscriptions to recognize. So I was willing to go off the Plantation, so-to-speak, that's how bad the audio problem was/is (still is with the sticks, but it does not happen all the time. Still annoying.)One other thing. I would pay almost anything if ROKU would implement THIS feature, and it seems it should be pretty easy to implement in the software, possibly even an update. Allow all ROKU streamers on the same network to be able to synchronize themselves. I am at home all day. I have one TV in the kitchen that is on 24/7, and the big living room TV. I do all my serious watching in the living room. But whenever I get up to go to the kitchen, it sure would be nice to have the kitchen TV synced to the living room. Every once in a while, it will be fairly close, where there is just an echo. And once or twice, it was absolutely spot on. But even then, it doesn't last very long before one or the other will fall behind. I always end up muting the kitchen TV when I go into the living room, and visa versa if I am going to be in the kitchen a little while. It would be so nice if they were in sync and I could just leave them alone. HOW ABOUT IT? CAN YOU SYNC THE STREAMERS? I WOULD PAY FOR THAT.

Perfect upgrade from a slow TV interface with sound upgrade as a plus
Pretty cool, upgraded sound, spent less than an Apple TV box but also got a soundbar. My kids love the Roku remote too. Simple and easy to use. I have a 75" hisense (maybe u6) for a downstairs family room TV. Its picture is decent but the sound was low end. My other TVs have $2-3k audio attached--this is not that--but it's way better than the built in and let me move my extra Apple TV box to my spare monitor next to my work computer (need it!).

Nice Little Roku Speaker
Small, but impressive. Extremely easy setup, works great and sounds decent. Good value for sure.
