Update 8/15/25: I had planned to take a month off after using this supplement pack for two months to see if the differences I noticed were simply a coincidence. Then I realized it was only two or three days before my next period, and while I had experienced about four days of breast discomfort, I had only had one day of irritability, two emotional days, and just one day with mild bloating. That was enough for me to decide to put this on Subscribe & Save—I am not giving it up anytime soon. ORIGINAL REVIEW: MY MONTHLY PROBLEM If you spend enough time around me, you will probably hear me say that it feels like my cycle takes over two to three weeks of every month. I hate how the mood shifts make me feel: impatient, angry, and then suddenly depressed and emotional. These symptoms may sound like small annoyances, but they can have a major impact on my quality of life, especially during months when everything feels amplified. TRYING THE PRODUCT I only have two pills left, and the breast pain that would have started at least a week or two ago has not started. There is some swelling, but it is manageable and not painful—a significant improvement. My mood shifts have also been more subtle. I had two days of irritability, one day where I felt down, and one pretty emotional day that felt more intense—but the emotional swings were noticeably muted compared to what I usually experience (except that one rough day). ADDITIONAL BENEFITS & EASE OF USE I believe it also helped with cramps and bloating, though I was so focused on tracking the other symptoms that I did not pay as much attention to those. I have had no problem swallowing these pills – their length is about the end-to-end length of a quarter. They have no noticeable smell to them. ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT One small area for improvement would be the packaging—it would be helpful to have space to write in the dates. Once you reach the pills that are taken once a day for two weeks, it becomes easy to lose track of whether you have taken that day’s dose. WORTH REPEATING I have been so impressed with this supplement pack that I already purchased another and plan to continue for another month to see how consistently it helps.

Didn't feel a difference after using for several months. You're paying way more for this packaging than the supplements themselves.

This stuff was life changing for me. I have bad cycles painful horrid and this helped turn things around big time. Too bad they stopped selling it on here. But like with anything that helps they discontinue it.

THIS PRODUCT HELPED ME TRACK MY CYCLE WITHOUT AN APP!! I was so tired of all the apps telling me this or that about my cycle and it was too time consuming to update a note in my phone or update my calendar. The pills are identified by the day in your cycle, so on the pack I just write the day it should be. Sooo handy. As for the other benefits, I have been on this product for a full cycle and I was not expecting to see results so soon, but between my last period and this one there is a difference! My mood swings right before my period start are less intense (my husband also seems more tolerable…) My period cramps don’t have me reaching for my heating pad! They’re much lighter and more manageable. I am grateful. The iron capsule doesn’t make me nauseous like some products have in the past, which is nice because iron helps my energy while I am on my period.

Not sure if it really helps, it is rather hard to swallow because the smell is so strong. Sort of herbal smell that really wafts around the pills. Some may like it though. It’s hard to tell if it helps with bloating or anything, there doesn’t seem to be a noticeable difference. The concept is nice, and the idea of having certain pills for certain days in my cycle is kind of neat. But again, it’s hard to tell if one hasn’t taken the whole course of pills due to the strong scent. Others may find it okay though.

This product has assisted in every way that it claims. No longer get bloated or moody. No vitamin taste either.
